Superhuman Ability: Amber is a shadowmancer. Capable of bending the shadows to suite her whim she’s somewhat of a difficult fight. She can form objects of varying sizes from the inky blackness of the shadows. From weapons to actual shadow clones of people as long as it’s dark enough for her to draw enough power from the shadows she can do it. She can also move through the shadows at a rate that rivals teleportation and super sonic speed. She can pull up to two people with her through the shadows provided she has a shadow large enough to pull herself and those other two people through.

Personal Strengths: Amber is the kind of person who works well under pressure and isn’t the type to give up. She’s also the kind of person who will do her best to make sure everyone makes it through a mission in one piece and no one is left behind.

Personal Weaknesses: She’s not the strongest person in the world and without a lot of shadows to support her neither are her powers. She can only move through shadows if she’s got one large enough for her to squeeze though. She’s also prone to acting before she thinks which usually lands her and whoever is with her into all kinds of trouble. Due to her powers she’s somewhat sensitive to bright lights and sudden flashes. Such a sudden bright flash of light could conceivably blind her for a few moments or disorientate her.

Personality: Amber is a very hyper girl, always going here doing that. She’s very energetic and not very shy at all about meeting new people, going new places or jumping into a new situation no matter what situation or people she’s faced with.

Hobbies: Anything she can do with 110% of her energy. This means she’s big into outdoors activities, sports and anything else she can do outdoors.

Mutant/Human Relations View: She’s sort of on the fence as far as human mutant relations go. Having lost her father, a doctor and humanitarian working to help evacuate both mutant and non mutant civilians from the oncoming slaughter left her slightly bitter about it but she’s learning to cope.

History:

Amber was born in Dayton Ohio to two trauma doctors. Her father a mutant with power to seemingly alter the very DNA of other beings knew immediately that Amber was going to be a mutant and wanting to make her life as easy as he could registered her with the government. Otherwise Amber was a fairly typical baby, happy, healthy and louder then heck when she was hungry.

Her mutant power manifested itself when she turned ten. Her mother came out of the house to tell her they were defiantly going to move and found her playing with a black mouse. Curious and concerned that it didn’t look right she had Amber bring it inside where they could take a better look at it. It lasted all of ten seconds under the kitchen light and they watched it dissolve back into the shadowy mist that had created it. Their daughter was a shadowmancer.

Amber and her family moved to Genosha when her father had been transferred to staff a new hospital that had been built there. Him being a mutant and all. Despite the situation there her father maintained his neutrality and when after the battle in New York he made preparations to move his wife and daughter off the island while he himself remained behind to help evacuate the patients at the hospital and those who wanted to leave before the government retaliated against Magneto. He was not seen or heard from again and that left Amber slightly bitter.

Her mother did her best to keep her from going over the edge and in turn Amber helped her mother from loosing it over his loss. When Amber turned sixteen her school did a tour of Genosha as sort of a project on just how hate could get out of hand and to help begin the rebuilding process. While exploring with her class Amber broke off from them. She wanted to see if she could find her father. She found the ruins of the hospital he had been working on quickly enough as they were beginning in that area and that’s when her troubles began.

Teo Nagasaki: Grandfather on mother's side. (Mutant. Terrakenisis or the ability to manupulate the earth and other natural minerals.)


Superhuman Ability: Absorption of memories, skills, and powers through skin to skin contact. The longer the contact occurs, the longer she will retain the abilities or memories. If she maintains contact for long enough, the absorption is permanent. (Rogue's and Lillian's cancel each other out. They are the only ones each other can touch without harming the other.)

New Mutant Power ability: She is beginning to learn to recall powers. For now she only has access to the magical abilities she drained from the wizard Dorian in Avalon. And it is that ability that made her wonder if the other powers and such were still there seeing as the fragments of memories and personalities are.

Abilities (not gained from mutation): She is a great dancer. She studied Kung Fu from a young age to learn to defend herself. Fluent in Japanese and French. While she can't truly talk with Anuki the two seem to always understand each other.

Personal Strengths: She has a vast intellect and can easily adapt to what is going on around her. She is an incredibly calm person, though don't make it a point to try and anger her.
Personal Weaknesses: She is reluctant to do things in public places or large gatherings. She fears hurting others with her powers, unless they deserve it.
Personality: She is a kind person. She holds no ill will towards anyone unless they have otherwise proven themselves to be rotten individuals. Though she tends to hide her emotions. And if very cautious about physical contact. Her trust is hard to gain it is almost impossible to regain. If Anuki doesn't like someone chances are Lillian will be the same. She trusts the wolf's insticts since he has proven so far to be a good judge of character. Especially since he didn't like her step mother and brother. The one person besides Anuki she goes to when she has a problem or just needs a shoulder to cry on is Rogue.
Hobbies: She loves to read, listen to and write music, write stories. She also loves to solve puzzles like the rubix cube and the like. Also she loves to go on morning runs with Anuki.

Mutant/Human Relations View: Mutants are humans. Only difference is genetics. The same thing that makes two star athletes different is genetics. So she doesn't understand why the hatred for mutants it. It is wrong to hate a person simply for their ethnicity why is it different to hate someone simply because they have extraordinary abilities.

History: Lillian was born to Nathaniel and Kira Jordan, in Juneau Alaska. She grew up loved by both her parents. Her father is a surgeon in the local hospital. He was even the doctor to see to her birth. Her mother was one of the top veterinarians in the world. She seemed to almost have the ability to talk to the animals and no matter how aggressive none would ever growl or harm her mother.

Lillian absolutely adored her mother she was extremely close with her. She was in a way Lillian's best friend. She shared everything with her mother. And on her mothers urging Lillian studied Kung Fu with her grandfather Teo. He had also trained her mother after he had adopted her.

Her life had been great until a monsterous man known as Sabertooth came to town. For some unknown reason Sabertooth attacked Lillian's mother animal clinic. His goals were unknown but the result was almost every animal and person in the clinic including her mother were killed. To this day she hates and fears Sabertooth. That happened 4 years ago. Lillian was never the same after the event. Instead of being the happy out going girl she seemed to retreat back into herself almost. The only person who could get a word out of the girl was Teo her grandfather. He had also given her a small wolf pup by the name of Anuki.

Then the 2 years ago horrific things happened. One of the horrific things was her father married a dreadful woman. Who along with her son acted like they were gods gift to the world. What her father saw in that woman was beyond Lillian. Then there was the night her powers had become active. She was so scared and frightened. She had been attacked by a local gang on her way home. She had used her knowledge of Kung Fu to defend herself. Then it happened she grabbed one of the men from behind and was going to throw him over her shoulder. A weird feeling came over her, she felt an almost flow of energy from the man in her grip and herself. The man was thrown through a light post. It turned out he was a mutant and with her sudden display of strength the others ran off. Her head swam with unknown images and thoughts. When she finally made it home she pulled the door off it's hinges. Her step mother had seen it and knew right away that the girl before her was a mutant. Arguments ensued and much to Lillian's heart ache her father sided with his new wife and kicked Lillian out of the house and disowned her.

With no home and no one else to turn to she called her grandfather. He wasted no time in picking the girl up and bringing her back to his place. Then once he calmed her down, he explained that she was special a mutant. And after hearing her story about the gang member and the flow of energy, he had come to the conclusion she was like a famous mutant he had heard about and was a friend of a friend. He told her she needed to wear long sleeves, long pants and gloves. And unfortunately would have to make sure to avoid skin contact with other people. Lillian was devastated to hear that, she was a very physical person. She loved giving and getting hugs, so to suddenly be dealt that was a hard thing to take.

Over the next two years she lived with her grandfather. The only person in the world she believed to care about her. Then one morning she returned home from a run with Anuki to find her grandfather had passed away in his sleep. A few days later the funeral was held she had gone through an address book her grandfather had and informed the people of his passing. The one surprise was the only man who came to her grandfathers funeral was a man by the name of Logan. He had arrived at the home where the funeral and burial were taking place. It was her grandfathers last wish to be buried in his garden.

She was left everything her grandfather owned which was a considerable amount of money as well as the land he owned in both Japan and Canada, as well as controling interest in the Nagasaki corperation. Logan had attempted to comfort the girl and when he had read a letter written to him by Lillian's grandfather he was told about her mutation and that it was his wish that she go to Xavier's. Logan tried to convince her to go but she always refused. After a week he left and in his place a beautiful woman with long brown hair and a white streak in front arrived.

Anuki was the first to great this person. Lillian had never seen Anuki so friendly with anyone as fast as he was with this woman. It was like he could tell the two were very alike. Rogue had spent the next week working on convincing Lillian to return with her to Xavier's. Like before Lillian only refused. Then Rogue told her that she was a mutant with the very ability Lillian possessed. When Lillian asked her to prove it Ms. Rogue did something that scared Lillian. Rogue kissed her on the forehead. It was skin to skin touch what her grandfather had warned her about. But what surprised Lillian most was that nothing was happening. It seemed that their abilities must cancel each others out. She broke down at that moment and cried as she clung to the woman before her. For once she didn't have to be afraid to touch someone for fear of hurting them. The next day Lillian closed off her grandfathers property and traveled to the Xavier institute.
