Aneisa blushed a little bit. "Well, I have to go there for my investigation, and... Well, I don't know if you've explored the castle yet, but we might be able to find some clue there as to who took the book, and where it is now."

Alex kept a suspicious look in his eye as she told her this plan of hers. But, he let out a sigh, and decided to agree. "Well, you are the only lead as to where the book actually went. And i'll be sure that a fair share of the payment will be yours." He guaranteed her. In truth, he would watch her. And if she was lying to him, the castle would be the perfect place to dispose of her.

Aneisa's eyes widened a little bit in shock. "OH! Well, that's nice of you and all, considering we just met and all, but I'm not in this for money. Actually.... I'm just in this to help a friend. So... When you want to go?"

As the coffee was brought to the table, he stirred in a spoonfull of sugar, and a small pouring of milk. "Whenever you feel ready. I'll be at this cafe every day at the same time we are now, so be sure to remember." He told her as he tapped the spoon on the edge of the cup, and took a small sip of his coffee.

Aneisa thanked the waitress then thought for a moment. "Well, I was planning on going later today to take a look around... I know it's kind of sudden notice for you, so I understand if you've got other plans or something. I'll probably be going back later."

Before the girl was able to get more details out, Alex was already off the table with the pay on the plate of the coffee cup. "Now, to make sure I tie any loose threads." He said to himself as he walked away.

"You are so pretty" Serrenedy informed the Gagress she was drawing. "So pretty-I love your acsessories(sp)" She went up to draw her crown "I'm going to call you Isabelle"
"Demona" came the voice out of nowhere. Serrenedy lokked up at The Gargress
"Don't be absurd-stone can't speak back" She murmured to herself
"Well Obviously I can Human The woman growled. Serrenedy gasped, dropping her scethpad-before giving a wide grin
"Amazing" She breathed reaching out to touch Demona
"Hey babe-we gonna go yet, all you do is sit around here drawin' stupid staues-you shoud be paying attention ta me After all I gots the most life 'ound here Th man came up behind her
"Derick-This is amazing, She's amazing-She speaks listen"
"I'm geussing this is your follish human mate-no?"
"Well yes he's what you would call a mate for your terms, were did you come from?"
"The fool Macbeth did this to me-when I get out I shal rip him apart
"I hate people like that, let me guess he used you for his own needs and then betrayed you?"
"Ah-Somebody that gets it, finaly"
"I know-its so anoying when guys do that" Serrenedy was to in touch with her conversation to notice Derick was stareing at her strangely
"Well you've gone nuts, dosn't matter though your still hot"-Now lets go to my bed, gag you and nobody will take my free screw to a nuthouse-K? He started to lift her up and pull her away from Demona
"Derick?-What are you talking about crazy? She was speaking pure english as simple as it gets-where are you takeing me?" SHe called back over heer shoulder "I'll be back"

Aneisa had barely opened her mouth when Alex stood up, left some money on his plate and walked off. She thought she might have heard him say something about loose threads as he walked away and the way he said it, she was pretty sure he wasn't talking about clothing. She shivered a little at the way this odd man was acting. 'I'll have to remember to talk to Saraphina about him tonight,' she thought to herself.
Reopening her book, she finished her meal then decided to explore the city a bit before returning to her hotel. She figured that it'd be a good idea to get a nap in while she could. Aneisa had a feeling that this was probably going to be another long night and she wanted to make sure she was at Wyvern before sunset.

Derick came back minutes before sundown a hammer in his hand and aproched Demona
"Time to destroy this stupid thing so she's a bit more focused on me-Thissl teach ya fer stelin ma girl
"DERICK-what aree you doing to Demona!?" Serrenedy, ever parinoid of Derick sleeping around had followed him
Babe-It's fer us-so you can stay foucused on me His eyes had closed durring the speach and Serrenedy had flung her hands over Demona's troso
"DON"T EVEN DREAM" She screached "It's o.K.-I've got you" She informed Demona Whilst clasping her hand-A sudden Dizzyness came over her She swayed on the tower for a bit before finaly falling The last rays of sunlight dissaped as she did-She was hit with excruciating pain. Her fingers bent and twisted before growing into claws-her now clawed feet broke put of her shoes, her outfit was ruined by the spikes flying from her elbows and knees-Her back snapped in half as huge wing came out. When the pain stopped and she oppened her eyes was aware she was only 20 ft from the ground
"quickly open your wings and glide" Demona ordered Serrenedy obeyed and soared into the air "good-now we have something to get so I can break this stupid spell-Its in Scoland but don't expect any breaks" Serrenedy flew were Demona insrtucted not truly careing about the history, only knowing she saved her life

Sunrise had come and was almost gone-luckly Serrenedy had enough pocet money to bye a plane tickit(sp) to Scotland but Demona seamed to know where they were going so she was in the black
"The last thing she said was that she hoped nothing bad had happeed to her old mate at the castle-what did she mean what castle?" As she went to the top of an isolated hill she saw it-the monument of stone Demona meant. "Yeah that ought to do it" She murmered and quickly caught a cab over to it

Alex, noticing the sun was setting, walked into castle Wyvern, waiting for his new partner to arrive. "Hopefully, she won't suspect much. After all, she doesn' know of the power she's dabbling in." He said to himself as he watched the sun set from a nearby window.

Aneisa had been at Wyvern for nearly a half hour by the time that Alex arrived. She had hoped to be the first there. She wanted to be able to look around on her own and to make sure that Alex had as little opportunity for treachery as possible. 'Lord, I'm getting paranoid,' she thought to herself as she hid behind a pile of rubble watching him arrive. 'But there was just.... something about him this afternoon... Oh, Saraphina, I wish I could talk to you. But soon enough.'
She was just about to come out of hiding when another person showed up, a woman. Aneisa shrunk back for a moment, but realized she had no reason to hide from the other girl. Standing up and walking out into the open she spoke up. "We could ask you the same question." Then Aneisa turned to Alex. "Hello, Alex. Sorry, I didn't notice you at first. I was exploring on the other side of the ruins and didn't notice your arrival till just a moment ago." Looking up at the sky, her breath caught in her throat for a moment. "My! Bit late isn't it?"

"I'm Serrenedy-I draw Gargoyles that roost on castles like this-It's hard because they don't have names but I'm looking for one in particular that I will only know when the sun sets in a few moments" She twiddled her thubs carelessly as she carefully looked at their shadows on the ground. "hopefully- I won't do anything to hurt ither of you and if I'm lucky-you won't give me reason to" She finished with a smile

Alex looked to them both, and walked inside of the castle. "Damn, didn't think there would be any witnesses to this." He said to himself.
"Are you sure you want to continue with the plan?" Goliath asked him inside his head.
"Of course I am!" He said out loud. "We need that grimoire if anything is to happen to your kind." He told the voice in his head.
