sadly this is not my actual TRIAL, but just the arraignment and whatnot.
hopefully this wil help speed things up though.

Yes. Remember to act all polite-like and just say what they want to hear. Chances are you will be let off with no problems. I hope so anyway. Good luck mang!!

I am major depressed over all of this right now. I really wish I could smoke a bowl.
My arraignment is tomorrow.
I;m being charged for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphanelia.
The one person who could have gotten me off the hook for the pot has dissapeared, and the way things are going, I;m gonna lose my disability.
Life sucks.

I'm sorry eddy man. Nobody deserves that s**t.
I was hardcore depressed after I got arrested the first time. And again when I was arrested the second time.
I don't know about the disability thing but for legal troubles in general it is never as bad as you think it is going to be. I was staring at a year in jail and a $5000 fine for my first arrest. I ended up getting 6 months of unsupervised probation and it only cost me around $650.
