I'm not really looking for a head/stack. All I really want is a combo, around 1-2 x 10-12, with decent distortion on its own. Tubes are a plus, although aren't those generally more expensive?
Hey man, go with a fender fm 212 r. its a great combo and really loud too. I'm in a metal band it keeps up with the drums no prob on 4 on dist. for $360 you cant beat it, and then you can spend the rest of your money on something cool like idk... a wireless guitar transmiter and wireless hands free handset so you can run around all crazy like and still play and sing!!! woot lol, but thats just me...
