Formositas jogged back up the stairs, satisfied with his small breakfast. He walked into his room, not startled to see Deus waiting for him.

Deus's back was to the door. Without looking around he said, "Do you have the stuff finished?" . He still had a bit of blood on his right shoulder and on the right side of his face. He twirled his katana in his right hand.

"Yes." He walked to the desk, opening it and tossing the flash drive to Deus. "Don't get blood on the floor," he said blankly. "Have fun with it. There's a few really interesting things in there. Experiments, attack plans, the like." He waved once, disappearing out the door downstairs.
"Hey Formositas?" He turned, spotting the girl who was talking to him. She worked in the same place he did part-time, but did a different job. "Hey, I know it's your day off, but could you maybe do a delivery for me? I'm really busy."
"Sure," he said. She grinned and handed a box to him, address on the top. He nodded and left the building, going down to his bike. He balanced it in his lap, driving out and making sure to keep an easy pace to town so that he didn't break whatever was in the box.
He stopped after a good while, reaching town. He checked the address, pulling onto the right street. He hopped off, walking to the store that had apparently ordered it. He pulled open the door, the box under one arm. "Hey," he said to the teen behind the desk. "I've got a delivery for here."

He checked it so it must be safe. This was the reasoning that Deus's mind was going through. After a 5 min argument, that took only a minute real time, a port opened on Deus's suit. He plugged the information in. Immediatly he felt the chilling feeling of information being dropped into his mind. But something was odd about the findings. He tossed the drives on the floor and left.
He suddenly needed to see Formositas. He calmly followed him into Arwin's Arms {sp?}. Their stood Fromositas with a box. His katana came streaming down and shattered the counter, just missing Formositas. It hit the counter before Formositas's muscles even twitched. Why did he do that. It was so sudden he almost hadn't been able to move the blade slightly.

Zachary froze time in order to appear from behinfd the counter to behind Deus. "What the hell was that for?!" He froze time again and was on the top stair, a loaded gun in his hands, "No use of weapons in the store! That right is reserved for staff only! All weapons are to be placed on the counter BEFORE entering past the foyer. I mean you, Katana-man."

"Deus, what are you doing?!" Formositas growled, tossing the box to the teen behind the counter and dodging the blade. When he got no reply, he snarled. "Don't make me, Deus." The reply was another attack with the blade. "Fine!" he snapped, and a swirl of what appeared to be shadow locked around him. It removed a moment later, leaving Formositas mostly the same, but his eyes were a sharp maroon. He glanced at the teen, then was out the door in an instant, not wanting to mess with the shop any.
Formositas bared his teeth, revealing the lengthened canines that gave him the appearance of a vampire, eerily enough. He stood solid, prepared for Deus' attack.

Formositas never saw the attack, cause he doesn't have eyes on the back of his head. The katana came flying down,making two opposite pieces of Formositas. Luckly Deus was able to jerk his arm, so instead, there was a blade thin void of air to his right. 'What was happening?' thought Deus.

Shift, in full costume, blinked into existence to the side, pointing a gun at Deus.
"Stop it. Both of you. You're going to attract attention." he said warningly, "Otherwise I'll stop you like I've stopped your other attacks." Shift didn't have much power, but freezing time gave him an advantage over most opponents, unless he wanted to attack...

"I'm defending myself," Formositas muttered, and suddenly a swirl of shadow appeared over him. He was gone once it had dissipated, back into shadows so that Deus would not be able to attack him.

An electronic mocking voice, completely different from Deus's, sneered, "WHO CARES!" Deus seemed to blur to human eyes, ducking and slicing Shift in half. He couldn't stop. An innocent was dead due to something. An idea hit him. He searched scanned his suit. He found a virus, multiplying. He isolated it. He soon began to feel control resuming.

Shift easily dodged the attack, and now stood beyond range.
"That could have killed me..." he said quietly. such a foe would be hard to defeat...
The Geomancer stormed out into the street from his shop, an inferno blazing around him. He took one look at deus and gave him a look that could kill. his words were clear and dripping with anger.
"What do you think you're going to do to my son?"

Deus began to writhe, as if he had a seizure. He suddenly stood erect and rolled his neck around. Then Deus's normal voice said, "Do not attack. It is me again. Come inside, and I will explain." Deus calmly began walking towards the shop door, completely ignoring the Geomancer & Shift.

"How do I know that whatever the heck is wrong with you is under control?" Formositas asked, reappearing in a swirl of shadow just out of attacking distance from Deus. "And no, I won't go inside. We've caused these two enough trouble." He gestured to the Geomancer and Shift, his eyes still the bright maroon, ready to disappear again in an instant.

"I'm not killing you, aren't I." said Deus. "The only reason you people aren't dead is because I was stopping It" You could tell that the 'It' was capitalized despite being said. "If I wasn't holding back, even Mister Shift, timestopper, would have been clean in two. And who was it that said to not draw attention. Come with me." Deus walked into the store, flipping the 'Open' sign to 'Closed'.
