"Yes, you can live in here for free. After all you WILL be doing work, by taking care of the animals." Ashiru answered. "Ah, yes. I suppose we can go see the animals. It's about time I introduced you to them I guess. As for the cake...it's probably been eaten already. And I might even know by who," he added picking up the cat and motioning for Naomi to follow.

(I would not mind joining, plus, we might be able to make that guild come back to life.)

"Mrw?"The kitty became startled when it felt it was being pulled away from the nest it just made out of the covers. But it settled down when the man reassured it was safe with him. When Naomi got too close to its face, it hissed and spatted and threatened to scratch her face.

(Pay back Kurai! oh yeah! xD)

"Meow." Mikie whined when the human man disapproved of her actions. When she arrived in the stables, she smelled something tasty in the air; her stomach growled. "Mrew!" She struggled against the man's hold and freed herself. She followed her nose.

Ashiru looked around.
"Hmm....Let's see...If I am correct usually...."
"GRAWR!!!" suddenly a loud roar burst from the shadows. A dark creature suddenly appeared in front of Naomi. Immediately Ashiru recognized the black dragon which usually made it's trip to the stables after Koyami goes on one of his trips.
"Bahk! Stop that immediately!" Ashiru ordered.

"Bahk!" Ashiru shouted again, this time a strange resonance in his voice stopped the dragon in it's tracks. The dragon showed it's teeth.
"You think a mere Sound will affect me?" the dragon suddenly spoke. "Ha, you need to learn more, Ashiru. You know that Sound is my life...you should not play with what you do not know!" it spoke and then lunged at Ashiru.
"BAHK, THAT IS QUITE ENOUGH!" suddenly a voice shook the walls themselves. The dragon recoiled.
Koyami came into view in the doorway. "Where have you learned such disrespect Bahk? I even thought of getting your favorite cake. I guess, not will be for you then." he spoke.
"What!?" the dragon jumped in surprise. "I knew nothing of a cake! They awoke me from my sleep and then tried to assault me..."
Ashiru snorted patting the cat trying to comfort it."Right, you the mighty Bahk, dragon of Sound have been assaulted."
Koyami laughed, "Then we will have to train you some more then won't we Bahk, if you are so weak as to be assaulted by mere Ashiru."

Koyami neatly caught Naomi as she fell.
"Bahk, ten times around the island...NOW!" Koyami ordered the dragon, using resonance in his voice.
"GRRH, fine. See if I care," the dragon grumbled and started stomping out of the stables. "Let's take Naomi to her room. Meanwhile Ashiru, feed the animals. I think they were all getting somewhat hungry, even after the snacks you bought." Koyami ordered.
"I'm right on it." Ashiru answered as he set the cat on Naomi's stomach. "You go along with now, I'm sure you need the rest." he told the cat, and walked away to feed the animals.

"Eh, what happened? Why do i am i in my bed?" Naomi asked as she cracked an eyelid. "I guess it was all a dream afterall." She sighed in satisfaction as she closed her eyes and snuggled happily under her blankets. But then something licked her on the nose. "Eh?!" She exclaimed and opened her eyes. Then suddenly a pair of lime green eyes met hers. "You are the last thing i need to see right after i just woke up." She said in a hateful tone and glared at the black fur ball sitting on top of her, but soon she loosened up and scratched the kitty behind the ears. "But you are too cute to hate." She smiled.

Koyami was siting on his throne in the audience room. He was currently trying to debate with a group of six noblemen from the 'ground', of the shape their country was in.
"You tell me that the horrors I see have nothing to do with you? That the sick have not been your doing?" the six nodded. "And the state of your countryside has nothing to do with you either?" once again they nodded. "How about the prison? How are the standards that you judge by, held? It is a crime to not pay taxes, but why are the people not able to do so?"
"Young lord," one of the noblemen replied almost snidely, "they are ones who would buy drink all day and night to delve into their own sorrows instead of working. The gold that which they do have they spend on drink and such of the party stuff." the other noblemen nodded vehemently.
"Is that so? Pray tell me what are these sorrows?" Koyami asked. One of the other noblemen shifted from his bowed position and moved forward from the others.
"High one, the people seek refuge away from the living in drink for the same reason as any other selfish commoner would have : To forget worldly affairs of which they so fear...."
And so went the rest of the meeting. The Koyami was getting weary of the group. He sighed out loud, making them flinch. After having asked some more questions he sent them away.
"I will prepare my judgment on the morrow." he told them. The guards took them away, leaving the throne room empty.
Night was setting upon the castle and the moon shone brightly onto the throne room floors. It seemed as if the marble floors were covered with silver liquid as one looked from the thrones point of view. Koyami had the room constructed as such so that he could enjoy the view on a late night. And one more trait the marble floors had that no one knew but him and the ones that might have accidentally visited the place at night. For that trait many legends and stories were made about the throne rooms qualities.
Koyami smiled and looked down. The floor was not there now. Only passing clouds and little lights flickering in the darkness. On one look it might have looked like stars in a dark sky, or fireflies that had set upon the dark ground. But it was neither. As time went more lights appeared and then a large expanse of lights shone all over the darkened area.
It was the 'ground'. It was the natural world that each and every human and creature was born. Earth. The crust. It was the place from which the noblemen came. The lights were the many towns spread across the world. And the large brighter areas, were the places that Koyami was looking at. He sighed...The world needed much more cleaning.
