"No, no, I have nothing against the color orange alone." He shook his head, sighing. "I just know one of the most annoying Waywards I've ever had the displeasure to know, and he just so happens to be an orange fox."

"Oh, gosh, yes! He is just so loud and obnoxious, always blathering on and on about Blue, his 'super awesome best friend', how I should be happier, blah blah blah blah blah." Evzen gestured with his hands with each word before hugging himself. "I would stay as far away from him as possible if we we didn't live together." The green fox shook his head sadly.

Evzen laughed, and ruffled his hair in a brotherly manner.
"You and me both, kid. I probably wouldn't be as grouchy as I am if I wasn't around him all the time." He stared off out into the trees. "Whenever I can get away from him for a while, I can relax and be happier." He stretched his legs in front of him, sighing. "I don't want you to get the wrong idea, though; as much as he annoys me, I don't hate him."

"No, you should never hate anyone unless they've done bad things." Demi nodded with a smile, his mother told him hate was too much of a strong word to use for silly things.

"Mommy did... He's really nice even though sometimes he does the wrong things too." Demi nodded as he played with the grass. "I wish daddy would be around more, but I'm happy with just mommy."
