kathryn299115 I am going to say number 2. It's rather easy to be less or more surprised Actually, if she had played more than seven, she still would have been correct in a sense. She would have to play at least seven, but she gave no specification that she played only seven; for instance, if she could play eight instruments it would still be true, because she also has the ability to, i.e. "can", play any seven of those that she chose. In fact, it would be true in more ways than one, because there would be eight distinct sets of seven instruments she could play. Still, probabilistically speaking, assuming that she played less than seven would be justified, which justifies guessing her statement to be false even with the augmented definition of truth I have just given. I know I'm overanalyzing this to a silly degree, but then again, that's my job.

TempusBliss: However did you guess? >.> I do happen to be Irish-Italian, which accounts for my temper... My manners, when they choose to appear, have no apparent excuse.
I'd say number three is false?
1. I like spinach. 2. My father sparked my interest in all things Science Fiction. (Particularly the work of Joss Whedon.) 3. My director chose me as a lead in this summer's production of Jekyll and Hyde, as I have the strongest voice in the cast.
