KC nodded and giggled about nothing in particular. She did mutter something about lobbing a 'freaking harpon' in an English accent, though.

Matt lifted an eyebrow and flashed Kase a questioning stare. "Ok... whatever nickname works. Most friends call me Spoon. Don't ask me why, some stupid comment by someone I think." He was still feeling a little dizzy. He'd have to wait a bit before dancing again. Damn Low blood pressure.

KC cocked her head to the side. "Wha...? Oh, no, that's not- Pfft!" She laughed and said, "No, I was thinking of something else." {And I am, too. You'll see if you click this. Hilarious. I don't know if it starts on the first episode, but it's at the bottom.}

KC drank the rest of her punch and said, "Sure. Maybe that'll burn off some the alcohol." She stood and stretched, then extended a hand to help him up out of the chair.

Jaws played idly around with the controls, flipping on to different songs now and then. Just to make KC mad, she played a rap song every five or six. She half-danced, her mind caught in the music so she didn't notice. She glanced around the room. "Anyone else wanna take over? I need to dance."

KC danced for a while, glaring at Jaws whenever she played a rap song.
A somewhat burly dude waved smally and walked up to take her place at the DJ station. "So... Any requests?"

Matt was confused. He had never heard any of these Artists. It would be nice to hear some of his favorite bands; except Modest Mouse, Gorillaz, and Gnarls Barkley aren't really good for dancing. Except maybe Gnarls Barkley, but he would never dance to that music. Hell he hardly ever danced before this night.

The large guy nodded and played the song for Jaws, then got a list started for the next songs. A request list. No one would ever thing a good idea could come out a stupid-looking dude like him, yet here it was.
KC hadn't heard of anyone she was talking about, either, but that didn't stop her from listening to it. Of course, she would never suggest anything, 'cause all she listened to was country. Not that it was bad, but no one else would like it. Although... She walked over and put two songs on the list: Songs About Me by Trace Atkins and That's Just The Way We Roll by the Jonas Brothers. Then she headed back over to Matt and began dancing again.

Jaws added on 'Robot Rock' by Daft Punk and 'Come Together' by the Beatles. She could use a little bit of variety. She danced along to the music comfortably, relishing in the looks that she got from some of the people there. She decided to start up some break dancing when Robot Rock finally started up, attracting a crowd.
