Angel followed the Dark Lord, making the jump and ending up close behind him in the crevice. " Yeah, I know what you mean. I'd offer to use levitate and have my saber cut some footholds into the side, but risking a possible rock slide wouldn't be very pleasant, now would it? " She then decided to not pass up the golden oppurtunity her present situation granted her. " By the way, nice a**. You must work out. " she said, with a slight laugh.

" I never trained in the use of Push or Pull, but I have an idea. Hold out one of your lightsabers and hold onto it tight. " As Imperius did, Angel used levitate on it to try to force him up. Once cleared, Angel made her way to the edge, and held up her hand to be pulled up.

Angel came up and stood beside the Dark Lord, noticing the 2nd crevice. " The heck with this. I'm taking the easy way this time... After I check something. " She then used the Force to jump straight up, as high as she could. At the peak of her jump, she looked hard and saw no sign of any danger of a rockslide. Coming back down, she said, " Looks safe to me. I'll go 1st just to make sure. " She then pulled out her saber, and adjusted the power setting so it wouldn't turn into a crude downward elevator once stabbed into the rock. She jumped up again, and at her peak, stabbed into the rock. Her saber stuck securely enough, she pulled herself up some, and got one leg on it. After a moment to prepare, she jumped again, and quickly used levitate to bring her saber to her hand, where she stabbed into the rock again at the peak of her jump. As she attempted a 3rd one, her saber began to slide back out. She quickly aimed herself towards the crevice, and swung from her saber, kicking off of a part of the rock sticking out by the crevice, causing her to slam her back into the other side of it. " Gugh... That could've gone better. " She then saw her saber fall out of the hole she made and levitated it back to her hand, and put it away. Securing herself in the crevice, she commed the Dark Lord. " Piece of advice, don't try what I just did. "

Angel made up her way up as they did the 1st crevice. " I could've decided to hang back and call R1 here and fly to the top, but noooo.... Why can't I think things through sometimes? " she thought to herself, then pulled herself to the top and joined the Dark Lord, immediately noticing their welcoming party and pulling her lightsaber out. " I knew it. Trap. Hmm... 4 of them, 2 of us. That isn't fair. Should we fight with 1 hand behind our backs? "

"Alright, let's pull back and let those corvettes earn their pay. Anyone see if Red 4 went EVA?" Selkisto looked concerned behind the orange goggles of his flight helmet.

"Negative, lead. Red 6 got out okay, though."

"Alright, let's hope those corvettes are careful. And I'll tell recovery to be ready A.S.A.P."

"Roger, lead."

Selkisto switched his comm frequency. "Kapella, do you read? This is Red Leader, requesting further orders."

Neb swerved, blowing fighters out of the sky like it was a pinata, and he was the bat. Of course, he really wasn't a fighter class, so he severely outgunned anything flying by.

"Sir, more fighters on our tail!" Gunnie shouted.

"Neb, Red Leader's finished his task," Hudson replied in earnest.

"Take care of those fighters. Its not the first time we've had fighters on our tail." Neb turned his attention to the pair of Imperial Star Destroyers in front of him.

"They're trying to block us! We need fighter support Neb!" The MC90 barked out.

"Red Group, go back up Green group. We need to hold that wedge open! The Frigates are coming to help, just give them more time!"

Neb noticed that the Corvettes were making their run. They would take a hell of a beating trying to go against the ISDs, but they ran in pairs, making one take the hits for the other until its sheilds and armor ran low, then switching places. Neb hoped this strategy might preserve them a bit longer, while still allowing both of them to fire while only having one take a beating. In the end, the corvettes may be damaged, but still in tact.

"We need to break those Star Destroyers! We need to get to that Federation Battleship!"

Fortunately, the task was simplified, when the Corvette pairings flew by each other, making the Star Destroyers accidentally fire upon themselves. Upon noticing their mistake, which wasn't long at all, the Destroyers seemed more confused, and almost lost their domes for the mistake.

But, by this time, the frigates had moved in, and had secured the wedge. Neb now saw it was time to strike.

"Red group, follow me. We're taking out those Federation Battleships!"

Cale awoke hours later with a splitting headache. he glanced at the bottle on the counter and remembered what happened the day before. "oh yeah...drinking myself silly. great Idea..." He sat up in bed and held his pounding skull. as he sat up, something slipped out of his pocket and landed on the floor.
Curious he looked down at the object to se what he had lost.
The item was a clear piece of crystal as long and thick as the smallest finger on a human's hand. Stress marks along its side indicated that it had broken off something larger long ago. Though it was just a rock, the crystal seemed to glow faintly as though it were a dim light.
"Huh. almost forgot about you." Cale said to the crystal. He picked it up and slipped it into his pocket again.
Over six months ago, Cale had been working on Coruscant in a gunshop. Not making enough money for his purposes, he found his way into a few Sabacc games. Part of his winnings was the strange crystal. The Bothan he won it off of said it was somekind of good luck charm. Cale always thought he could use more luck, so he took it to cover the man's debt. Right about then he had started having those dreams, the memories of his childhood that he had long forgotten. Also around that time he came into a largish amount of cash, discovered he was being bugged, and made it out of several very hairy situations by the skin of his teeth. He suspected the rock might have had something to do with both scenarioes.
Cale never considered himself a supersticious man. only as much as the next spacer or pirate. But the coincidence was too blatant to ignore, at least to Cale it was. There was something odd about the rock; something he couldn't put his finger on but something odd nevertheless.
The outlaw got up, stretched, and walked over to the cabnet. he grabbed a rations bar and choked the tasteless yet nourishing substance down his throat. he loaded up his usual tricks and slid on his jacket, then headed outside.
"Time to see what's going on in town, and maybe find a little work..."
