No one mentioned this, which is rather shocking. @_@
Green tea rocks for your body. So does Black tea, which they are now saying helps with ovarian cancer. Both are anti-oxidants
You're supposed to drink it at least twice a week.
I dont really know if it helps for me though, since I like my tea really really sweet, so the anti oxidants may not be kicking in as strong withouth all the sugar. XD

Since I started drinking a lot of water and mostly water, my acne has cleared up a great amount. I would also recommend the new stridex Benzyol Peroxide pads, the BP works the best for acne and most of the time you can only get it through perscription but this is OTC and fairly inexpensive.

*~* Personally I adore the Biore products. I use their shine-free face srub in the morning with their shine-free moisturizer because I have really dry skin on my forehead and cheeks. Then once every week I use their pore strips, which most people think hurt but they're really not that bad, and also a self-heating mask. Other than that I don't use anything else. As for hair, well I like the Garnier Fructise collection. I dye my hair a lot and I found that whatever is in it keeps my hair nice and soft. Mad props to the Fructise. *~*

GrumbleCakes I haven''t really been able to save my hair. My mom bought me Infusium 23 shampoo and conditioner and my hair is still a frizzy wreck. Is there perhaps a hair serum I could get for cheap? (Family''s on a tight budget these days) confused You should try using Fructis Sleek and Shine, which comes in the semi-clear bottle and is fairly inexpensive. It takes about a week and half for there to really be a difference, but it's done wonders for my hair.

Ask your doctor or dermatologist for suggestions and perscriptions. I use the clearasil products regularly (twice a day) and my doctor perscribed some really strong alcohol stuff, if you put it around your eyes, it hurts a bit, but it's totally worth it. My grandpa just gave me a remedy. take a teaspoon of vinegar and water every day. It also takes care of belly fat. wink
Take care, loves, Wicked

So, drinking vinegar with water? How is that supposed to work? XD doesn't sound like it would taste all that great. But come to think of it, vinegar might be good at eating away things. And stuff. o.o; Hm.
I love testing these kinds of random simple remedies. xD

confused My mother drinks apple vinegar and water every once in a while. It seems horrid though.
And I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but is there anything that gets rid of acne scars, and not just the zits? Because I have more marks than zits for the moment.

Geeze, I so totally knew the name of some of the products for scar reduction.... I'm needing some of that right now, too. I know that that kind of thing exists, but I forgot the exact name. Sorry. >_>

alice from weirdland Toothpaste- go for the stuff w/ peroxide. It totally dries them up and takes out the redness (although they become red at first it should go away after 10 minutes) xd My sister uses toothpaste for her acne 2 years ago. I ran out, and seeking advice, I turned to my sister. I wondered why toothpaste works so well, and now I know. XD
To do another test experiment!
@~WickedGame365~: Wow, I must try that one.
What kind of vineagar? Sushi vineagar or white?

ok, so I am 15 year old girl, and I'm a very shy person, who eats junk food constantly and gets stressed all the time. now shockingly I honestly don't have terribly bad acne. However I'm pale so any blemishes I get stick out like a sore thumb. Not only that, but I hate using foundation. I have sensitive skin so I really can't use it anyways. Now, not surprising I've tried a tooon of different products. I'm cyber schooled so every product I tried I would use constantly. I don't mean I didn't give my face time to heal on it's own but I used the products alot. I tried masks everyday scrubs, overnight treatments, face peals, even an at home derm abrasion (noo idea how to spell that) and though the all helped some, they this one would dry out my face this one would heal blemishes but they would always come back... etc. but after spending a toon of money on useless products I found that egg white works amazingly! all I use is a light facial cleanser (any will do) and apply a thin layer of egg white overnight. the first day I used it I saw improved complexion, and more even skin tone, and my blemishes had practically vanished! the egg white (the white and olny the white) is high in vitamin a which takes away the redness. and I do mean raw egg, I know it sounds gross but it really works ((I hope no one has allready suggested it, if they have I'll gladly remove my post))
hope that helps ^^

I've got a horrid breakout of acne across my back since last year and a bit on my forehead. Any suggestions of what I could do to completely rid myself of it completely? and cheaply?
I've heard mentions of stress makes it worse, I'm a rather stressed person... and I drink way too much mountain dew with not enough water in my day...

Use an exfoliant once or twice a week for your face and a salt scrub on your back. Also, carry around a packet of oil-blotting papers and use one if you ever feel greasy around your hairline, T-zone, etc. It takes away that nasty shine and the oil that causes breakouts. Benzoyl peroxide is incredible stuff. Dot some of the cream medication on your zits and leave it there overnight. And wash your face with a non-fragranced face wash like Cetaphil or Eucerin in the morning and at night.
For those whose skin can't take foundation, I suggest an oil-free, fairly dry foundation like Neutrogena's Skin Clearing Makeup. It has salicylic acid in it, as does the matching face powders. You could also try a pan-cake foundation. (pancake, ohohoho.) It's pretty much just a foundation and powder in one, but the coverage is minimal unless you apply it with a damp sponge.
