He rose to his feet and stretched again. It was getting closer to the noon by this time and he should get back to sleep and rest up for a while, but he did not want to leave Rhin on a sour not and he surely wanted to see her again. He smiled and looked down at her, taking the time to look her over completely. Something about Goddesses were alluring, perhaps it was because of their abilities or their many years of life. For him, he loved them because they protected him, so he thought.
"I would rather die than my mate to... I would rather lose myself than lose them. I think I would suffer more knowing that I was not able to protect them." Zeki moved closer to her and smiled. "If you were my mate, I would throw myself against a stampede if it saved you. Though, you are immortal. I would still do it."
"I think so. I hope so. I have found a few I really like, but I am not sure if they are the one, if you know what I mean. What I mean by that and who they are will have to wait until next time. I should get the rest of my sleep or I will be a little grumpy later on," he smiled, purring softly for her. "I shall wait until you are ready to go or if you are ready to rest with me for the while."

She smiled up at him as he stretched, listened to his words with her eyes closed, a relaxed smile on her features. She opened her eyes when he moved close to her, and as a reaction that even surprised her, she leaned up and nuzzled him. "You are a very kind lion, I'm happy to have met you."
"I look forward to hearing the rest of your story and to our race, I will be nearby," she smiled and laid her head back to the warm ground, "I do apprieciate the offer m'dear, but I prefer to keep watch, it is hard to do so within a den. I thank you though."
