"Yes, Mam..." Vincent mumbles as he steps back apologetically...and a little embarassed.

"Vincent, you're lucky. At least she didn't slap you on the back on my head like she did during our last exploration." Perrian whispered softly to Vincent.

Fury pushes his way to the front, looking intently at the door. "Perhaps your not knocking hard enough..." He says, drawing forth the Spiritual Fist. The giant, ghostly hand begins to slam repeatedly into the metal door, in an easily recognizable cadence. "Shave and a haircut...", Fury mumbles to himself.

As the pounding continues, you hear what seems to be someone or something bellowing from the other side of the door. "RAWRG! This better not be another door-to-door salesman!" A loud shuffling noise approaches from the opposite side and a small window opens near the top of the door. Peering bleakly through from the other side, you can see a large, hairy, eyeball staring back at you. Blinking twice, the creature attached to the eye says,"Huh? What's all this then?"

*Djanni meets the glare of the hairy eyeball, unblinking.*
"We're here to see Rudolph."

"Umm, yeah... what she said," Fury says, slightly intimidated by the fuzzy orb staring angrily at him.

The gruff voice attached to the over-sized eyeball grunts, then asks in a bored tone,"All of you? So what's it going to be? Servant or Sacrifice? The all-powerful Dragon God Rudolph doesn't waste his time on visiting sycophants. If your here as servants, just place your Items, Actions, and Spells in the slot, and you will be allowed to enter the service of your new lord and master. Otherwise, I'll be out directly to collect the sacrifices..." It says with an ominous chuckle.

((Fury...what the...OMG. xp )) "I'll sacrifice you..." Vincent mumbles so that only the party can here. But he does not seem to make any outward movements toward the creature or the door.

"Vincent, you are not sacrificing yourself. Either we stick as a team and enter as 'servants' or we don't enter at all. We don't want to have someone eaten." Perrian whispered to Vincent so only the party could hear.

"Sacrifices?!" Djanni snarls, shaking a fist at the eye. "Who do you and your master think you are?! That is the final stroke - you have terrorized your last set of hapless victims, you flocculent ogre! Now get out here so I can give you a piece of my mind!" scream
((Fury...what the #&%$ are you wearing???))

Seeing Djanni make the first move, Vincent is energized into action. The crown on his head lifts into the form of the black, thorned crown and his eyes shift from there normal purple to a deep, blood red. He speaks with the voice of the sword, giving the creature its favorite taunt, "Come to me, you retched, good-for-nothing, sack of meat! So that I may do you the favor of seperating your ugly head from your shoulders!"
