For cereal! My brother was talking about that just yesterday! :0
It's only sold in Germany for back-packing, and there's more energy in there than a power bar. So you won't find it here. But it costs 3 Euros. D:
My brother also found someone who had reviewed it, and the guy had said it actually tasted really good for a canned hamburger. The bottom bun was a bit soggy though. But still, I would rather eat that for dinner than a chemical-filled power bar.
Am I the only one not acting like it's a slug from outer space? :/

Fagosaurus Rex MoonTree I'm kind of repulsed, yet weirdly drawn in.
If it was freeze-dried, then hell, I'd eat one. Probably more than one. Guys, I have a pack of instant bacon in my freezer right now. My standards are not astronomical.
But ew, canned burger.
That's like... twice as bad as the canned bread I found one time.
xp Canned bread...? I'm intrigued. biggrin I've had canned bread before, it's actually really good. : D It's brown bread, but still, it's quite excellent. :3
And guys, it isn't for lazy people at home. It's for back-packers. And they don't micorwave it. They boil some water and drop the can in there to let it cook. rolleyes It's not like you can go purchase some nice veggies and meat and cheese and bread to make a burger when you're up in the mountains. Do a little bit of research first.
But that would be way disgusting if it were the case that we were microwaving them here in America. D: But we aren't, so it's all cool...>.>
This reminds me of time when I was at Borders, and they had this recipe book called A Man, A Can, and A Microwave. It had all these recipes using only canned ingredients and a microwave to make a meal. D: Eww. That's disgusting. >.<

OMFG >.<; That is such an unhealthy thing, eating only canned foods gonk
Sorry Nerdy, but when I think of "canned bread" or "canned burgers", I think they're gonna be slimy and disfigured and slightly moldy and poorly processed with icky quality gonk
I'm glad it's for backpackers, but I myself wouldn't try it gonk I've seen too many horrible things come out of cans.. crying

The Shindig Miss Em Malicious If it looked exactly like the picture, I'd be very puzzled, not that I'm not puzzled already. underneath, it says not to expect it to look like the picture.
i can imagine it as a squashed, tin-shaped messy thing, where each ingredient is barely discernable.
it probably has some kind of fugly liquid you have to drain out.
oh, my. -repulsed-
I know, but it'd be...puzzling if it did. But I don't want to drain anything out of that. *gags* I think I'm with Asashina when she says, "I die a little on the inside each time I see that picture". xD

If you think that's gross think of the book "The Jungle". Yuuummmm...rat poop, poisoned bread and dead rats all mixed together with rotten meat to be made into sausage for the public in the early 20th century xp

ArtemisII If you think that's gross think of the book "The Jungle". Yuuummmm...rat poop, poisoned bread and dead rats all mixed together with rotten meat to be made into sausage for the public in the early 20th century xp Yeah, ew. >.< When you don't know what's in your food, I usually don't touch it. D:
But there isn't any liquid to drain out, and it isn't disfigured. :/ It isn't poorly processed because it was manufactured in German, and I'm sure it's not going to be slightly moldy as long as it wasn't punctured or cracked anywhere on the can. It's like eating...canned fruit. And what about tuna? It's canned, and it's still delicious, even though you have to drain a bit of tuna juice, but that's to make sure it doesn't come to you moldy.

Dood, that was on a thing my mom was reading. It looks really gross, but apparently it doesn't taste half bad. Sooo, what can I say though. I've never had one.
