Yeah... I think Jeremy's answer's gonna be no. But then again, Odd might just jump into the gunner seat for it anyways. Anyways, the storyline with Harold is something I originally wanted to put into Code ANGEL, but never could quite get it to fit.

The crazy thing is that the government has actually been working on railgun technology. They aren't small weapons by any means like in some video games (Jeremy's design is five meters long), but the military just tested one in January that can fire a seven-pound projectile at mach 10, and accurate enough to hit a 5-m target from 200 nautical miles away. (Scary stuff.)

The whole railgun thing is just something I stumbled onto during a Wikipedia binge. (Wasting hours browsing thorugh links on Wikipedia) It's actually a really good way of brainstorming... that's also how the Majestic XIII became a part of the story.

Turning Majestic 12 into Majestic 13 for my story. Presumably, the leader, "John Doe" is the 13th member. I suppose moving from 12 to 13 might also imply a numberical sequence: sort of like a sequel. (Think like the Ocean's series). Anyways, if you look back to Doe's first appearance in chapter 2, he initally calls it Majestic XII, so it's possible that in building the group he just wound up deciding to add one more member. It's the same basic principle as Majestic XII however, except instead of alien's they're intent is to investigate Xana and the Lyoko Warriors.

The supposed "original" MJ12 members are all deceased (allegedly), so that would mean none of the 13 are original members; they're just security and intelligence officals with the highest security clearance. I used the name of the organization because I thought it sounded really badass. pirate
