At the end of the Vampire episode Chloe was saying that she was finally where she wanted to be the globe " the place of dreams and the place of future super heroes"

In one episode, Clark made a letter "S" in metal shop, just like the Superman "S" that we all know. And in the Pilot episode when he gets tied up in the cornfield, he has that big red "S" painted on his chest. Kind of ironic.

Also she says "its the Paper for Kings Presidents and prime ministers. Not to mention Future Super Heroes"

weight she says "She never did Print the Article, But i don't care, i got in on the ground Floor of my Dream.... ok so its actaully the Basement. BUt its the Daily Planet! the paper of record for Kings, Presidents, and Prime Ministers. Not TO mention Future Super Heroes. They way I look at it i Have no place to go but Up...Up...and away"
