Not really.
We all agree that when a persons body is destroyed and the person stops breathing then he is dead right?
Its the same thing for digimons, they stop breathing and die when they are destroyed in battle. So i guess they die...
Hmm...
At least i THINK so 3nodding

but how do we know they die? before they turn into data and then an egg they say something like "i will always be with you..."

Yes that was in season one with Angemon, but think about season 3 where the little girl loses her digimon partner Leomon. Leomon dies and never returns because his data is completely destroyed, that would mean he is dead right?

ya thats a case cuz that mega lvl of demidevimon killed him

Devimon yes. It was a good fight. Devimon and angemon is each others counterparts, it is a rumour that devimon is an angemon who chose to abandon his angel brothers and turned to evil instead of protecting the digimon world from harm so the entire battle was somewhat of a turning point for everyone

maybe ther was only angemon then his dark side was fed up with all this good and separated form his body in the form of devimon

No. The idea is cool but Devimon IS a fallen angemon, thats not a rumour thats a fact. No body seperating, just an evil Angemon

i have enough to digivolve betamon to seadramon, will the tp i spend be taken away from m post? or will it stay the way it it

Your RP works as a steppingstone. It will not be taken away its just like.. you post many times you get first digivolve, your post more many times you get another, you post ALOT you get the next and if you post your a** off you can even have another digimon.. Like i said.. Steppingstones
