I kinda think Black Black Heart by David Usher fits too. I love that song too. <3
EDIT~ Lucy by Skillet is a really good song. All you gotta do is replace 'Lucy' with 'Lily' and you've got the story of his life.

I'd associate him with Yuki Kajiura's Seal and Epitaph. While it didn't yell SNAPE in my face immediately, it does sort of fit. Epitaphs are the things written on tombstones right? And it sort of describes not a pairing, but Snape in general. Did anyone in the Rowlingverse remember him? And all that he has done, was it for any good? Or did it all get shot? It's almost as though he himself is but a faint afterthought, struggling to break a seal on himself when he was already written out for failure...valiant, but unseen.

I think "Hurt" would fit him brilliantly, though I feel like Johny Cash's cover would work better than The Nine Inch Nail's original.
"How to Save a Life" by the Fray kind of reminds me of him... I imagine something similar going through his head when he remembers his unknowing betrayal of Lily.
If anyone watches Doctor Who, "This Is Gallifrey, Our Childhood, Our Home" from the soundtrack of Season Three of the new series matches a lot of Snape's sorrow and passion. I listen to that song and "All the Strange, Strange Creatures" from that soundtrack when I write all the time; they are both such emotionally charged pieces!
Here are links to each of the songs:
