The Death Blues Mix ...you know the people that hate on Final Fantasy tend to stereotype it the most.
Sephy kind of looks like a Falcon.
I hate Falcons.
I hate Falco.
I dis-like Captain Falcon, I give him props for being overly-openly perverted though.

Part-Time Viking The Death Blues Mix ...you know the people that hate on Final Fantasy tend to stereotype it the most. I don't just stop at the series, I hate on the people who make it... In fact I blame Japan for making that shitty series. The problem with that is that there is a good portion of the series that is actually good.
I mean, aside from the fact that FFXI requires partying instead of supporting a capable soloing path and the admittedly laughable PvP, it brought to it some pretty revolutionary things for MMOs that is obscured by WOW which is incredibly shallow in comparison. From the job class system and the way characters interact with each other, to the involvement of the narrative.
Final Fantasy Tactics is still one of the best SRPGs out there.
Four, Five, and Six did some great things for RPGs in general. IX and XII were also good games. XII being more of a mesh up between KOTOR and FFXI.
Sure VII, VIII, X (arguable but mostly), and a few other entries into the series have been mediocre but every franchise is like that. Not everyone, not even a majority, of the people that actually enjoy FF are J-trash wannabe Japanese stereotyping Japan. There are other Japanese franchises that do a horrid job at being games and representing Japan.
Look at some of the Shin Megami Tensei entries. Or some of the crap Atlus brings over.

The gameplay and the stories of the FF series as a whole are linear, lackluster and shallow, there is no back story of any sort, and the majority of the characters are more annoying and unlikeable rather than being interesting and compelling. They always have some super shitty J-trash song with some over the top DBZ style opening cinematic, and every "male" character since VIII would easily be confused for a Vegas transvestite prostitute in a second. Everything bad about Japan is put into those games, the shitty music, the shitty fashion style, shitty story telling, and shitty gameplay. In fact, I could go out on a limb here and say that the Japanese are inherently retarded if I were to go off of their pop-culture, the only thing preventing me from saying so is that they make some excellent electronics and their automotive industry is awesome as well. It's not worth your time or mine to keep discussing this here, my opinion of this is absolute here. The series encompasses pretty much everything that I think is wrong with gaming, somehow more so than Legend of Zelda (which actually tries something creative on occasion). Anyways, I will drop this now because there is really no point on talking about this any further.

Whoever thinks Final Fantasy isn't classic J-trash needs to be subjected to the following torture method: watch Catwoman while being chained down to a chair, have their eyes chained open so they won't miss a single, crappy detail of it, and all this time, the person will be constantly punched in the stomach by Mike Tyson and every 10 minutes, they'll be shocked with electricity. It's what they get for being that stupid. I mean, come on. How is Final Fantasy not J-trash? Terrible J-pop soundtrack, girls who look like whores, effeminate girly-boy protagonists, and terrible storylines say all. Nothing, and I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will make me change my opinion. Not everything that has a lot of fanboys is trash (ex: Mario, Zelda, and Halo are still great) but Final Fantasy simply gets redundant, as each game is essentially the same. Gameplay, storylines, and everything about the series is just horribly lackluster, redundant, linear, aging.......you know, if I say everything I'd have to say, I'd just be repeating what Viking said, because I have the exact same opinion he does. 'Nuff said, we should drop it now.

It's really not even a matter of opinion. The PSone version I'm assuming correct? Then that game really has nothing of the Final Fantasies ever had. It's different. Exactly my point. But either version would be playable, although (and I feel weird saying this) the PSP version is probably the best just for the multiplayer aspect alone, not to mention the extras. Although, the PS1 version has smoother battle animations and better sound.

Arvis_Jaggamar Kaiba-X Arvis_Jaggamar Zombicide Part-Time Viking The Death Blues Mix The problem with that is that there is a good portion of the series that is actually good.
Don't try reasoning with me about this. I. Hate. That. Trash. How is that not clear by now? I'm gonna go with Viking on this one. However is it still the full title as in the PSP re-make?

Also, the PSP has a few extra cutscenes, as well as some animated cutscenes, none of which are in the original release.

Daxelman The Death Blues Mix ...you know the people that hate on Final Fantasy tend to stereotype it the most.
Sephy kind of looks like a Falcon.
I hate Falcons.
I hate Falco.
I dis-like Captain Falcon, I give him props for being overly-openly perverted though.
*sprays soda* Is he really? I never bought any FX-Zero games.
