"Ready..but...let me grab something..." Shizuku went back into her room, and went to her small bed. She thrust her hand underneath, and grabbed something.
Pulling it out, she examined it. It was a long decorated box, skinny, and shallow. She lid the top off, revealing a katana within a dark blue sheath, her family name enscribed on it. She picked it up gently, and held it in her hands, as she quickly closed the box and put it back under her bed.
Coming out of her room, she met Reijin outside of his room.

He was waiting outside the door, now in a fresh set of clothes. Smiling slightly, he nodded at Shizuku when she came up to him.
"Alright, let's head to the training grounds. I'm sure that the mizukage wouldn't mind as long as we keep to ourselves..."
He opened the door for her, and they headed out.
((Exit-->Genin Training Grounds... you can just post there))

Reijin opened the door quickly, slamming it behind him and panting heavily, sliding down the door and sitting up against it. Tilting his head back, he got ahold of himself, and took deep breaths, thinking to himself.
Wha...what was that? It was like she was a whole other person... whatever it was, she had me fooled. I can't believe I panicked like that though...
He cursed himself for having not only fled like that, but for leaving Shizuku on her own. She never reacted well on her own...
He stood up, heading over to the counter and rinsing his face, still in disbelief of the recent turn of events.

Afternoon faded away to evening as the sun dipped over the horizon, and light was nearly unapparent. Reijin had just come out of the shower, and dinner was ready.
"Shizuku? Shizuku?"
After hearing no response, his eyes widened. There was no way that she would stay out past sunset on her own. Something was wrong. Swinging on his cloak and pocketing a kunai, he ran out the door and sprinted towards the training grounds.

Reijin opened the door to their house, letting Shizuku inside. Pointing to the plate on the counter, he smiled and scratched the back of his head, dropping the bag on the ground.
"It's cold by now... but it should still taste good."
He yawned, tired from another eventful day. Looking at Shizuku, he felt like she was even more beautiful than ever...

"It's okay." Shizuku went and grabbed the plate, and ate her food rather quickly, as to get back to seeing Reijin, like a new person for the first time.
"I...need to tell you something important to...lets go into my room, where it's more private." She set her katana down on the counter, and put her plate in the sink.
Taking her hand in his, she led the way, and got into her room, and closed the door behind him.
"I've been hiding this..." She undid her arm bandages, and they fell to the floor, revealing the seal markings on her arms.

Reijin let her lead him to her room, his heart beating quickly. As the bandages unwrapped, his eyes widened.
"Wha... what are these?" He asked, taking her arm gently and rubbing his hand along the surface, looking at them inquiringly.

"Seal marks, to keep, my inner, and evil cold hearted self away from everyone. I was shunned by my family, and put in isolation, because of this as well." Shizuku said with a hint of sadness in her voice. "My own family feared it, so they sealed it away..."
"My 'inner' self, is waiting to come out. It only shows...when...I'm battling, or in the middle of a fight, or even training." She muttered, her voice full of despair.

Reijin looked at her calmly, nodding. He put a hand on her cheek, brushing it softly.
"Don't worry... it doesn't matter whether or not you have something sealed up in you... I'll keep it in check. I'll always keep your good side out... there's no need to be afraid. I will always love you."
He smiled to emphasize his words.

"Thank you...again." Shizuku bowed to him, taking his hand away.
She quickly picked up the bandages, and wrapped them around her arms.
"Better..." She gave him a thumbs up. "Bed time..." She gave him a light kiss on his forehead. "And I'll stay at your side...we can get stronger together."

Reijin received her, smiling warmly. Turning towards the door, he stopped and looked back at her.
"That we will, Shizuku chan..." he said. "Are you sure you'll be fine tonight?" He asked politely.

"I...want to sleep in your room again...if that's okay with you!" Shizuku smiled back, slightly wincing at her hand.

Reijin nodded, motioning for her to come.
"Of course... Shizuku-chan."
He walked back toward his room, closing the door behind Shizuku, and crawled into bed, sighing. It had been a long day. But also the single greatest day in his life so far. He was happy.

"Night...Reijin-kun. Sleep well, sweet dreams..." She turned out the light as she got in, next to him. "I love you."
She sighed, giving him one last smile, as she got closer to him. She closed her eyes, and fell asleep.
