Snowfur pushed Mudpaw off him, throwing her off into the sand."Don't worry, I was Just leaving" Snowfur turned and walked along the beach and out of the camp. He looked around and found an overhanging rock just out of sight from the camp.When he got to the back he saw a small hole and looking out of it, he could see the whole camp, But no one could see him....
Mayflower went back to the nursery and called over creamkit and tigerkit."You may not leave the nursery without me, Puffinstar or Ravenwhisker, ok?
"Ok....."Creamkit mewed.
"Fine, We won't"Tigerkit said un-happily.

"That is called a deathberry bush, she mewed as she looked at it. The berries are not in bloom, but when they are they could kill a cat. We need to tell puffinstar to get some cats to dig it up and put it as far away from camp as possible." Ravenwhisker mewed with a shiver. She remembered stories about cats dieing from eating just a few berries.

Goldenpaws eyes grew wide and jerked her paw back. "Should I go back to camp and tell her?"

Goldenpaw nodded her head and started running...
... until she reached the camp. She skidded to a halt right in front of Mudpaw.

"Watch where your going!" Mudpaw snapped, and sulked off to the apprentice's den before Goldenpaw could answer.

Moonheart saw the little drama between Mudpaw and Goldenpaw, wondering why Mudpaw had snapped at her. He figured he'd see what was up. Moonheart walked after Mudpaw. "Hey, what's with the anger huh?" Moonheart asked Mudpaw humoruosly.

That was rude! thought Goldenpaw, We are the only apprentice, and she treats me like foxdung! Then, remembering her mission, she yelled to Puffinstar, "Hey Puffinstar! There's a deathberry bush on our territory and we need warriors to dig it up!"

Puffinstar woke from her sleep at the sound of Goldenpaw's meow. "Wuh...? Oh, Thanks Goldenpaw." She meowed drowsily. She got up and padded into the clearing. She turned her head to two cats. "Moonheart, Rigidclaw, Go dig up the deathberry bush found by Goldenpaw. I think it's at the North of our territory, near where we found *that cat*." Puffinstar snarled to herself. She hated Snowfur. What right did he have to take one of our kits?

Rigidclaw listened to Puffinstar's order. "We'll go right away." He started to pad out of the camp, then turned to Moonheart. "What are you waiting for? We don't want any cat munching on the bush before we get there" he meowed humorously.

That done, Goldenpaw swam (she had always been a good swimmer) to the far shore for hunting.

Snowfur watched the camp in silence.If only i could get my paws on one of thoose kits, their almost weened now... Snowfur grew tired and drifted into a light sleep.
Mayflower curled her tail around her kits. She drifted to sleep and dreamed about a small kit up in the clouds..
Creamkit opened one eye, then the other. Daybreak and just started to come over the dark sea. She slid out of her mom's tail and snuck out of the nursery, and out of camp, without any cat in camp seeing her.
tigerkit slept silently with his mom.
