shippos a boy why else would ya think inu hits him and gets really ticked when he bathes with kagome and sango whee plus hes so cute idk how ya couldn't tell maybe because he acts girly or scared but hes strong hearted ya see the ep when h learns the heartscar? 4laugh

I understand where you get confused with Shippo's gender because of the bow tie, but he is a boy. You can just tell he's a boy. Every episode where he falls in love is with a girl, that just tells you he's a guy...then again there is jakotsu, but...that doens't count. sweatdrop lol. Also it tells you when you go to wikipedia or absolute anime that he is a boy.

in one of their many arguments over food, Shippo told InuYasha that he was a "growing boy". Shippo is a self-professed boy.
