Okay, here's Rand and K'erith just chilaxing. The idea was that we were sitting on some kind of bench I suppose. And since I could find no record of what K'erith actually wears (I am NOT sifting through 1000 pages...) I stuck him in this ascot and shirtsleeves dealy. Works well I suppose....and please ignoire the fact that Rand's pistol looks like a piece of driftwood...I couldn't find me gun scetches.

Now you may or may not know this. But today is the official birthday of Ancient Power. It's a whole year old. I have you all to thank for that, most RPs (from Barton started that I've seen anyway) don't last too long. But this little one is a whole year old today and still going strong. So in celebration, I have done a picture. Firstly, I apologize if you are not included. It was done on submission basis with detailed description. I still love you even if you're not there, not trying to be mean by leaving you out. Secondly. I think I have to apologize for the picture itself. Not my best work, I know. And I'm a little miffed by the fact that Cym and Elias don't look like they currently should, Cym a little more so seeing as I'm still working my sketches of him. I had done this back in March, and changing it then would be a hassle, so sorry for that. Quality is a little icky and I know that too. I was drawing on a very small scale. And many sketches and versions later, I return to my 'soft' style that I like to portray characters as. I'm really happy with this one, even tried a few new things out. For instance, I went the Eclipse route with his fur and concentrated more on highlights for a glossy pelt look. Collar came out nicely as well, especially the rubies. So there you have it Cymarron, in all his Vah, winged glory. Took me an half hour to draw, and an hour to color.(There's a copy in my journal, if you want to leave a comment on it, leave it there.)

Pheaura asked me to do a pic of her, and here she is! I took liberties on her clothing, and gave her some "legend of dragoon" style wings. Actually, she should recognize those little charms hanging from her shirt, shouldn't you heidi? Oh...and just for you I have one word....buckles.

Here is Rand wearing the gifts her brothers gave her. As with Phea, I went a bit more realistic looking. I took liberties with the clothes of course, what i like to call "Holly Alterations" and I even added a bit of colour. I like it, and I may continue to color in the future.

Okay, so far I've really been enjoying Piper's character. I got an image in my head, and I couldn't get it out, so Aurahkah, I'm sorry if she's way...WAY off from what you described. Again, I didn't find many descriptions in the way of clothes....well, I like it. I even included some Cymarron feathers, a nice touch I thought.

For some reason, I was thinking about evening dresses, and Aurahkah came to mind. I tried my best with the hair...but nothin was working so I ended up doing Egyptian stylized hair. Hope no one minds. Oh, and her skins IS a nice tanish brown in the origional picture, but my digital camera didn't pic it up.

I could of swore I was supposed to be learning in school....meh, I'd rather draw. Newest elf in Archaic Manor, Piper Silverfeather. The only elf within miles that is scared of other elves. See kiddies, that's what a self image problem can do to you. Make you paranoid. And yeah, her ears are covered up in this one, that's about as much as you can see on a regular basis. Anyway, this is how she normally looks, just takes off the daggers and whip most of the time though. Yes, those are Cymarron feathers on her arrows. And if you look really close, you can see the gold flecks in her eyes. Stats: Hour to draw/ink, and two hours to color. .(There's a copy in my journal, if you want to leave a comment on it, leave it there.)

Here is my version of Nailah. Something interesting about her clothes: The bottom part of the dress is insipred by Tibeten cerimonial robes. Well, old cerimonail robes. I have no idea what they are wearing currently. The symbol on her stomach is celtic, taken from a book I found on celtic mythology. I have no idea what it really means, but here I am using it as a symbol of her empathy. The little "eddies" syphon everything into the center. I went for complimentary colours, although I would have rather made the whole tihng blue and white, but i'm a tad limited with my pencil crayons.

Okay, so i figured since I was unconciously going through the list of "manor ladies" as they have come to be called, I'd do Bastet next. I only wish my character had met her already, it's hard to come up with a physical image when your mind hadn't bothered to come up with any yet. Anyway, I had to go off the character bio, so I wasn't sure if the "jewl, and the collar" were still a part of Bastet's wardrobe. I left them out, if I make another and they are supposed to be there, then I'll put 'em in. For now.....

What can I say? I love drawing anthropomorphic poeple. (but i'm not a furry...*shivers at the thought*) So here we go, an updated picture of Cymarron with wings. I based the wing deisign off of a night hawk that likes to hang around my place. Well, that's how I remeber them anyway. And Just for you Cym.....chest plate.

My muse has came back to me! I have finally drawn a picture of our dear Lady Aura. I have noticed that she is slender and slight in most pictures so I did a different take on her. Because of her past as a theif and well, the manor isn't always a peaceful place, she has had to get herself out of some tough situations. I always thought she would look a little more solid becuase of that. So here she is. I don't have it in my journal, so you can PM me or whatever for comments.

Well....it used to be symbolic...but now it's...kinda...not...damn it. Anyway, since nothing is "official" yet as far as I see it, it still is symbolic so yay, in your face turn of events. Well while I was doing my little couple bed sheet pictures, I wanted to do one for Niah as well. This is what I came up with. Symbolic....yup, still symbolic...don't knock the fact. Stats" Fifteen minute sketch and ink, half to color.(There's a copy in my journal, if you want to leave a comment on it, leave it there.)
