I have no idea what Shaq has to do with it. Ooh...our inner strength.
I'm guessing with the blue prints, maybe a skeleton? Bones?
You know, that rust spot looks a bit like a brain...which could also work with the other hints. The mind is a powerful thing (Shaq) and the control center for our bodies (blue prints). So, is in the mind/brain?
