Pickle purred as she removed herself and appeared in good health without injury and quickly rolled to his feet and returned the playful chirp. Trotting up behind Sachi like an obedient guardian and friend would do in follow the leader he nibbled on her tail and gestured back at Badr to come too.
Badr was more than happy to be invited along, most of the time he followed without an invite but he never got in the way and enjoyed being part of the adventure. With his little paws working over time to catch up he accidentally bumped into Pickles back legs and let out a disgruntled mew.
With a roll of his eyes and a chuckle Pickle swooped Badr up and onto his back and the three made their way to the beach with a playful pace.

Silren's own ears layed down against his skull. He couldn't help but feel a little guilty about her loneliness. After all, it was his idea to start a pack together with Silren and he hadn't even thought about asking Kendra, the mother of his and Pickle's pups, if she wanted join.
Soon growing bored of the water the pup turned his attention back to the two adult dragons further up on the beach, one of his fathers and the dragoness. Something clicked in the young dragon's mind and he noticed how similar he and Kendra looked. It was obvious that his brother and sister were Silren's children and that he was Pickle's son, but they hadn't met the other one they all had something in common with. To young to yet comprehend the reason why there was normally a mother and father in a relationship and why it had to be that way Aatami slowly padded over to the dragoness, a curious expression on his face.
The blue male gave a light sigh at the female's words, looking down to notice Aatami coming over. He smiled weakly before looking back up at the dragoness. "Actually, I had thought about starting a pack with Pickle for dragons like us. You know, ones attracted to members of the same sex." For some reason the term gay or homosexual didn't sit well with him, they seemed like they were always looked down upon because of it. Another reason he wanted to start the pack. "You may or may not be attracted to other dragonesses, but if you want you can join our pack if you'd like. After all, you are the mother of our pups. Right now it's just the pups, Pickle and myself."
Blitzen grinned at both dragons, thinking both were pretty attractive. He slowed down in time enough for the bells to quieten, nearly missing what the pink male was saying. "Oh a little this, a little that." He replied, shaking out a paw for no real reason. "The name's Blitzen, but you can call me Blitz. How 'bout you guys?"

Cael was quick to take the paw, his charming smile never fading. Tilting himself up on his back paws his spare paw reached up and tipped his hat forward in another greeting gesture. "Glad to meet you Partner, This here be Ripple." Nods to his side at the blue female standing a little way back then to bowed his head briefly before continuing "And you can call me Cael, or anything you'd like for that matter."
Ripple kept quiet and nodded as her name was mentioned, she'd never seen her friend outside the little foster camp and thought he always seemed to wander he'd never brought anyone back. Was this how he made friends? He certainly was very friendly...
"We were just taking a little walk to a cute little group of dragons up the beach, care to join partner?" Any excuse to have that dragon near with his merry little jingle, he already had one companion what hardship would it be to have another. By the sounds of this Blitzen he was a walking party and he'd love to show him to his same orientated friends.
Lupo had stopped to take a drink, staring at her own reflection in the sea, thoughts of nothing much at all absent in her mind. Nothing ever happened, Ripple and herself had talked about the same things over and over with the same ends in conversations it was becoming hard for her to even loose herself anymore. Thats when she heard something..
Jingle
Something familiar that made her ears perk instantly and her heart jump with glee.
Jingle
It was faint, could it be? Jumping to her feet she darted in the direction of the noise, that noise that filled her with joy.

"Rockin' to meet you guys." The brown dragon replied, noticing how quiet the dragoness named Ripple was. Did he come on too strong? Oh well, he normally was too much of himself when he met new dragons. "Sounds like a party." Blitzend said with a toothy grin, glad to be in the presence of others. He liked his alone time, but he enjoyed being around others even more, especially in groups. He looked up the beach to where Cael had mentioned when he thought he heard someone approaching at a rapid pace. Turning to look in the direction where he thought the noise was coming from, he saw another dragon heading in their direction. She was a ways awayy, but if he squinted he thought he recognized her. "Lupo?"

Lupo could hardly breath she was running so fast and so far, she'd not felt this excited in so long just the thought of him being their was enough to keep her pace up to the max without thought to her health.
Jingle...
Heart racing she was getting closer now, she could hear it more audibly, it just had to be him!
Cael chuckled at the new guys comment "Sure will be with you there" he couldn't resist himself and followed with a wink. This guy sure would be fun, perhaps even get that Silren hottie to show his true colors oh and the thought of introducing Blitz to Pickle! Something told Cael that the olive male would have hours of fun with the merry jingles and chirpy attitude of this maroon dragon.
"Lupo?!" Both Cael and Ripple looked at each other in surprise, how did this guy know Lupo? Turning they both gazed into th direction that Blitzen faced and squinted, Lupo was coming in face now in fact she was almost at them.
Ripples jaw dropped in surprise It was indeed her foster mother and it appeared she was headed straight for the maroon dragon, how could this be? How would Lupo know or even associate with someone like this Blitzen fella? It made no sense in the blue females mind, her mother was so quiet and tame, shy around others and her target well... they'd only just met but she just couldn't imagine them meeting and getting on, not well enough for her mother to be acting so out of character.
Almost there! Lupo thought to herself, her legs feeling as if their about to give out and her breath becoming wheezes. It was him, "Oh Blitzen!" She shouted ecstatic with the result of her initial thoughts and with one last leap of faith, using up the rest of her energy she jumped and aimed for Blitzen. Flying through the air she felt a smile appear on her face as she could just feel the result only seconds away but then it finally hit her. What if he hadn't appreciated this? What if he didn't want to be touched by her...? What if... She felt her mind swelling with tears just pushing to the back of her eyes...
Oh god what if he doesn't even remember me...
Too late she was already headed straight for him in the air, she'd find out soon enough his reactions to her little stunt.

The surprised reaction of the duo made him look away from the figure heading towards them. Did they know Lupo? Ripple seemed very surprised at his statement, her jaw had dropped. Was it really so outlandish that they should know each other? He was going to ask how they knew Lupo when he heard her shout his name and he looked back at her, grinning. Well she certainly recognized him and was very excited about it, for as soon as he looked at her she was in the air and coming down on him. He grunted when she made contact with him, falling backwards into the sand and bells jingling madly. Blitzen laughed and looked up at her, closing his eyes tightly in time to stop the sand that had been flung in the air from getting in his eyes. When he shook his eyes to get rid of the sand on his face he looked up at the dragoness, noticing that she suddenly didn't seem as sure of herself as she had been moments ago. "Hey Lupo! How's it hangin'?" With that he gave her a tight hug, hoping it would make her uncertain face go away. "Why're you looking like that?" He asked in his same cheerful manner.

Kendra smiled down at Aatami when he approached, and slowly offered a gentle pat on the head with one of her large, clawed paws. "Hello little one," she cooed, stroking him a few times before Silren's words reached her ears. Her maw parted slightly in surprise at this news. Such a pack... it was a beautiful plan. Silren would be right to assume that she wasn't a lesbian. True, she had no problem whatsoever with dragons that loved their own sex, but she was simply attracted to males. However, a small smile placed itself upon her face as Silren made his offer. "What a wonderful idea... I'm sure that others like you and Pickle will appreciate it. And, I would love to join your pack... But what could I do?" Kendra had never been a part of a pack before. In fact, the small family unit that the males and Sachi were part of were actually the largest group she had ever even ran into.
At that moment, Sachi's eyes locked onto their target. "Dad!" she yipped, the word itself very hard to understand. Struggling against Pickle's teeth painlessly holding onto her tail, she tried to run towards her brother and biological parents, kicking up large flurries of sand as she slowly advanced.

The blue male tilted his head back in thought. What could Kendra do in their pack? "Well, if you could help hunt or help take care of any pups that may need it. Or," No, it wasn't fair for him to suggest that. She'd done it for Pickle and himself, but for other dragons that she more than likely has never met before? "nevermind, it's not fair of me to ask that of you."
Aatami chirped happily at the cooing, pushing his head into her claws as she stroked him. The familiar voice of his sister caught his ears and he looked up suddenly, tail wagging happily again. It was his other father and siblings, coming to the beach. The little dragon hopped over to the trio as they approached.
Silren's ear twitched at the sound of his daughter's voice and he looked over with a happy smile. He waved with his tail to his little family, hoping that he and Kendra could finish at least this part of their conversation in relative privacy as he returned his attention to the dragoness.

Pickle was a little slow on the up take, he'd been a little preoccupied keeping Badr carefully on his back and working out little knots in Sachi's tail as he playfully held on. It took him a little longer to notice they'd arrived but as soon as he did he rushed off not quite as steadily as perhaps he should with his son on his back over to Kendra first. Nuzzling her vigorously before darting towards his mate, also giving him a slightly longer nuzzle just as he noticed the dryness in his throat and gesturing at all the pups to join him in a drink.
Badr hopped off his father back as soon as he saw they'd arrived at the beach anticipating Pickles moves he'd watched that dad of his enough to know when it was a good time to stop hitching a ride. Padding slowly towards Aatami as his matching marking brother rapidly made his way at him, Badr couldn't help but chuckle "Hewwo!" He managed to get out, one of the advantages of always watching his family and others is that he was more inclined to learn the words that were commonly exchanged. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed Pickle gesturing for them and merely obeyed deciding that greeting Other daddy could wait till later.
Lupo landed on her target, and as the cloud of sand exploded all around the two of them she leaned into him using his fur to cover her eyes and wipe any tears that managed to show in the brief time she was in the air. It was about the time the sand began to settle that it occurred her that she hadn't actually gotten any idea if he had wanted her this close so him so quickly her head shifted back up in time to meet his eyes and words, a silent sigh of relief inaudible to any but herself made her relax some. With the grin and remembering her name that was one thing off her mental list to worry about, he did remember her and as he hadn't yelled at her to get off that was two, though why she ever thought Blitz would treat anyone that way was above her understanding. As she was drawn in close her face lit up and her reply was whispered as she hugged him back "So much better now." Reluctantly she released the hug deciding it was probably about the time she should let him get up from the mess she'd push him down into and kept her brightened face "I..." she took a deep breath and gathered her courage she'd managed to raise three pups she could manage to be honest with Blitzen "Well" She chuckled "I was a little unsure if you'd remember me!!"
Cael and Ripple were both standing watching with their jaws hanging low, they sure did know each other. They'd both only really met and seen Lupo during the pup phase and it had never occurred to them that she had friends and anything else really outside that the little group. Especially since she'd never mentioned it and no-one seemed to come to visit other than Cael.

Aatami slowed when he approached his brother. "Hey!" They didn't know many words, and Aatami was better at understanding gestures and would sometimes communicate with his body rather than his voice, something Silren was trying to work on with him. He looked back at Pickle, who had gone over to the older pair of dragons on the beach, and his ears perked before bounding off to go get a drink with his paternal father and siblings.
Blitzen stood and shook himself free of the sand, bells jingling wildly and noisily as he did soe when Lupo got off of him. He laughed and smiled, happy to be in the presence of an old friend and new friends even. "I never forget a pretty face." The maroon dragon looked at Cael and Lupo, emitting a burst of laughter when he saw their expressions. "What's that look for? You both sure seem surprised about something.
