As Shinji looked over the view of Konoha he wondered, " I wonder what will happen when they run out of room to put faces on. Anyway, this is a pretty nice view."

Arriving at the view of konoha in a cloud of white smoke Kogan appeared and kneels before the hokage "what is it you need from me hokage-sama?"

Keiji looks at the village form below "hey kogan im just viewing the village from here this place looks lovely during the summer especially when the leaves change color soon care to join me" Keiji watches the village nears the sunset.

Kogan looked at the hokage somewhat confused "im sorry hokage-sama but i have dutys to attend to so if there's anything else you needed me for then please tell me"

Keiji seemed more fixated on the konoha view "what do you think of the village kogan, what does it mean to you?".

Kogan looked at the hokage still very confused and almost angry at how carefree he was, many pressing matters were popping up left and right and most of all Kogan had things to take care of......but he figured it best to atleast appease the hokage for the time being "its my home hokage-sama, and i will prtect it with my life"

Keiji sighed as he gotten up and looked at him with a serene look "so the village is precious to you then take good care of it then Kogan" Keiji walked pass kogan as he leaves his hokage hat in front of him.

Kogan looked down at the hat in shock "what?!?!...what are you talking about hokage-sama?!..your the hokage not me!!..there's no way i could be hokage!"

Keiji glanced back over at kogan with a blank look on his face "hmm I love this place but I grown tired of my placement it became a prison for me because of what im capable of constantly watched by the elders who fear my abilities the anbu are always provoking me and I cant have complete control so as the most suitable person Im leaving the hidden leaf in your care" keiji scratches his head "you have proven your skill and judgement in this village time and time again, and you were always a canidate of mine that I personally selected for succeeding me. But I needed to learn you ideals you mindset on this village and whats worth to you because of that you are now my successor Hokage Kogan the shinobi worthy of the fire shadow!" Keiji for an instant gave a serious glance at kogan.

((dude i thought this was only gonna be temporary?...dont you think it a bit unfair for me to be both the hokage and mizukage?))
Kogan picked up the hokage hat and glanced at it before looking back at Keiji "but shouldnt you let the council know of your stepping down?..there are lots of procedures to go through before you can officially step down hokage-sama" he said
