Leopardpelt looked over to her Leader from where she was working with her herbs. She padded over to Icestar and nodded. "Yes I ate a mouse before I headed out earlier this mornign for herb gathering."
By now The clumps of mud and dirt had been cleaned from Leoparpelt's paws and muzzle. "Have no fear I don't plan to get sick anytime soon."

Icestar nodded "Good to hear." She flicked her tail and leaned in closer to Leopardpelt. "Have you recieved anything from StarClan?"

Leopardpelt shook her head. "I've not heard anything from star clan for many moons." She kneaded the ground beneath her paws softly. She was softly worried about the silence but with the on coming Storm approaching maybe danger would be slim. She had no clue as to there silence.

"I plan to speak with the other medicine cats during the next gathering. Speaking of which I have to finish sorting the herbs I have and Also I need to go get some more catmint. I need to stock up. Emeraldeye Is having a dreadful time finding a steady supply of the plant." Leopardpelt Spoke of the fellow medicine cat in friendly terms.

Spicepelt walked over, and sniffed the borders, before marking them. She wanted to keep them marked, so some young apprentice wouldn't wander over.

Perhaps I will go catch some prey. Thought Icestar, padding out of camp. She wandered into the forest and instantly caught scent of mouse. By sniffing the air once more she found its location and got into the hunters crouch. She stepped lightly and unshealthed her claws. She waited patiently for the right moment and pounced; killing her prey swiftly. She buried her catch and opened her mouth to sniff the air again.

Blizzardpaw was just waking up from sleep. He streched and yawned and stepped out of the nesting area for all aprentices of Thunderclan. His whiskers twitched from the nippiness of the morning air.
Where is everyone? They must've gone out hunting. Shoot, does that mean I overslept?!
He questioned, walking out into the middle of the clearing. His white fur blending in with the fresh blanket of snow on the ground.

"I can't believe how scarce the prey is." Icestar said, picking up the two mice she had caught. She decided to go back to camp. "I wonder if my lazy apprentice is awake..." She mumbled. As she got closer to camp, she could smell the familiar scent of her apprentice, Blizzardpaw. Icestar entered the clearing and dropped off her catch onto the fresh-kill pile. She padded over to the apprentices den, "Blizzardpaw, are you in here?"

Blizzardpaws ears perked up. Had she really just walked straight by him as he sat in the snow?
Wow! I'm getting pretty good at camoflage then! he thought happily to himself.
I'm here Icestar! he shouted jumping up from his seated position in the snow and hopping around so she could see the grey of his face, chest and forpaws. What am I learning today?
he had bounded over to where Icestar was infront of the apprentice den.

Icestar flinched. Did I just pass my apprentice without noticing him? Great StarClan! Leaf-bare must be putting a toll on my body! "Blizzardpaw! There you are; have you eaten? I just brought back some prey," she said, flicking her tail to the fresh-kill pile. Blizzardpaw seemed excited and ready for anything and Icestar let out a mrrow of laughter. "Today, my young warrior, we will be battle training," she purred.

Blizzardpaw had been munching on a mouse that Icestar had brought back as she said the words BATTLE TRAINING and he litereally dropped the food from his mouth, his jaw hung open. He looked wide-eyed at Icestar and seeing the look she was giving him, quickly finished the rest of the mouse.
He licked himself clean quickly then stood at attention before the she-cat.
Okay! I'm ready! he meowed excitedly.

"Good," She replied simply. Icestar turned and padded out of camp. She paused at the entrance and twisted her head around to Blizzardpaw. "Are you coming?" questioned Icestar.
