Raising a brow, trouble seemed to be very attracted to her and those around her. He never really had any trouble probably because he wasn't exactly a weak opponent. Axel looked at the sunset rather sadly but it didn't reflect in his eyes or expression. "I guess they are beautiful but it just shows that time never stops and how you have to appreciate things as they come." The stallion gazed into the dimming light thoughtfully, the sun making him look almost ethereal.
He said nothing more. He was afraid to look at her wondering what he would feel when he did. But he couldn't help it, Axel turned slightly and looked into her eyes. When he didn't feel any pain, he was rather surprised but he wasn't sure what he was feeling now.

Wica looked toward Axel as he looked toward her, despite what had happened she smiled before backing up to where she could completely open her wings and beat them. One wing moved rigidly before there was a small pop and she folded them back against her sides. Stepping back to Axel's side, she placed herself close to him, just about to where her wings were touching his own.
"Live each day to its fullest I've been told more then once. Some days it's not worth living." She shrugged, "But this day is over and I don't know about you, but I'm beat. And it's more then my wounds that hurt, thinking back upon what happened makes me head feel like someone's trying to break it open like a melon or something."
Shaking again, her wounds had already started to heal, or at the very least they had stopped bleeding. Leaving her dark coat a bit darker with the dried blood, she would need a bath, badly. But not tonight she wanted to sleep more then bath. As the lights soon faded into darkness with only the stars and moon giving what little light they could, Wica yawned and turned back the way she had run.
"Well I'm turning in, you are welcome to come, if you want." She offered, "Your choice, Axel, my friend."

This time, Axel didn't move away from her. He just stood there like a stone; his eyes were still distant and as soon as he looked at her, he looked away. He wasn't sure why he couldn't look her in the eyes but he sort of had an idea. "You should be. Go rest." Axel continued to look away from her. He wanted to follow her but he thought it would be best not to.
Sighing softly, Axel shook his head. "I think I'll pass tonight. Good bye Wica, again." The stallion walked off in a different direction then Wica hoping he wouldn't get lost on his way back to his teepee. There would probably be another time for this but now wasn't it.

She watched him go into another direction and merely sighed. Smiling to herself she picked up her pace and trotted through the snow heading for a safer portion of forest where she could rest, heal and later think about other things, but for now, sleep was all she wanted... Finding a good place she curled up and slept.
