As he walked the dark streets of Junon, Jubei attempted to keep a low profile, though it had been a long time since he was seen in these parts it would only take one unfriendly eye with a decent memory to cause unnecessary commotion.
While passing through the upper class districts a feeling close to nostalgia griped Jubei, this was where he spent most of his youth, had it been any other city then that would mean he was of a wealthy upbringing but he was not such a fortunate child.
Organized crime has a tight grip upon this city despite the presence of Ennersafe and the Enforcer HQ and its base of power was firmly rooted in this district, these streets had seen blood many times, Jubei himself had spilled much of it and it seemed it would see more, as he passed several people he scanned a few with the sense materia, all of them had concealed weapons.
There was still time before his meeting with the Ennersafe corporation, so he decided to continue his tour on into the poor district as he did he heard some commotion down by the beach, people were screaming and running into their houses all at the sight of a single Enforcer.
Jubei found the fear that that this young enforcer was able to strike into the peoples hearts was most interesting so he decided to discreetly follow and watch him, he wanted to see if the peoples fear was justified.

After a while of just kneeling there bloodied Zane finally got up. There was a sadness that just could not be erased. The feeling of losing your home a second time was very hard. Nearly unbearable. The only thing he could do was leave here.
It only took him about an hour to salvage enough stuff to last him for a small journey. And once he had enough of it he shoved it into a medium-sized traveling pack that amazingly survived his home's destruction.
With that last item he bid Adieu to his old home. By burning the remains of it to the ground. As one last respect to the people there. Instead of letting animals consume their remains. He would let them become part of the air.

Shin stared out in gloom. Most half of the city knew where she lived, and the other half most likely knew people who knew. There's no doubt people would be making random excuses just to visit tonight.
"Tell me about it. Nah there's no escaping it. And they wont bother us directly. Well... Not most of them anyways."
She took his hand and lead looked around.
"Eh...Let's... just... Try ta walk..."
The situation turned out more difficult than she thought it to be...Ah... Well.. at least I'm craving solitude again.. She thought out sarcastically as she lead the way forgetting to let go of his hand.

Leon knocked on the door, A woman opeaned it."Is a man named Henry here?" He asked her, she only nodded and went to fetch hiom leaving leon standin there. Awhile later he came down and went outside to speack with Leon.
"You look too young to be traveling alone, enforcer." The man Herny said.
"You know why I was transfered here, besides you owe enersafe some money."Leon said.
"I don't have it, But if you would show some kindness and leave the power on just two more days." Henry said pleadingly.
"No gil, no power. I'm going to have to shut you down."Leon said taking out a small box with the enersafe logo on it and turned towards the power box. While he was turned around the man drew a hidden dagger from his coat and went to stab Leon. Leon turned around and caught the man's arm.
"You obiuosly don't realize who I am." Leon said, with a swift motion he drew his blade and cut Henry's arm off. Henry fell to the ground wth a scream of pain, hearing this his wife ran out and pointed a gun at Leon.
"You fools."Leon said snickering."I guess the town guard will have to pull clean-up agin." After he was done talking Leon cut off Henry's head, swiftly turned and grabed the end of the gun, pointing it away from him, she shot completely missing him, and he rammed his blade into her gut.
"This is what you get for attacking me, you pathetic waste of flesh."
Leon kicked her off the blade, and into the house, which he quickly casted fire on seting it ablaze."Well, it's a start. I'd much rather get out of Junon anyways, never liked it here." With that said, Leon walked away laughing towards to higher-class area.

Chris smiled a little. She was still holding his hand. When she figured it out she would probably let go. But for now he was content to enjoy the time. With that he let her lead. "Well.. bull-rushing through em would probably work." He said jokingly, while he picked up speed so he was walking with her.
So far getting through the crowd wasn't so hard. At least if you were him and were used to doing what you wanted despite what others may think. He could have made a great leader because of this... but he always turned down any possibility. There were only two people he would follow. Dart and Shin. And not once would he ever challenge their 'rule' when they were all a little younger.
Though it was starting to become more than obvious people were purposely finding excuses to slow them down. At the very least to get a look at him. Because it didn't help there were already rumors about him.
The most amusing part was a kid that 'accidentally' tripped. Chris had moved extremely quickly and caught the kid with his free hand before he even got within a foot of the ground. "Thank you mister!" The child said with a toothy smile. "Ne.. Shin.. is this your boyfriend??" A young boys ability to ask the worst question at the wrong time never fails.

As Leon began to walk away Jubei walked out of the shadows and started clapping
"What can I say, that was quite impressive, you seem to have quite a talent for making an example of people"
The fire behind him cast Jubei's shadow far and all was silent around him and the young Enforcer, except for the rattle of terrified onlookers at their windows, some staring in disbelief, that anyone would actively engage the Enforcer after such a display.

(So you all know.. EnerSafe are supposed to beat the money out of em.. not kill people. Meaning if it takes removing every item and possession they will do it. But they won't usually shut off the power until that point. But Merizon on teh other hand will shut it off and let them starve/freeze to death and won't let them leave the city.

Shin groaned as the crowd got noticeably friendlier the more they passed by them. And then.. there was that kid. She never was fond of that kid though she found it amusing when she was younger. Once his family came over for lunch and he pointed straight at her creaming out 'LOOK! Tooth bacteria!' It was spinach.. and still some how embarrassing. But this... This was the worst. She felt her face flushed with red. Suddenly it felt 100 degrees hotter that day.
"Uhh.. W-well.. no.. not r.. I.."
Retarded again. Suddenly she noticed her grip slowly tightening and looked down at her hand. Oh my gods!!! She slid her hand away quickly, her face getting redder.
"Uh... Isn'tYou'reMomLookingForYouRightNow?"
She grabbed Chris' forearm this time and tugged him across the crowd quickly.OhMyGawdOhMyGoawdOhMyGawd!!!

Jubei would agree with the sentiment that their were obvious similarity's but perhaps more so when he was that age

Chris could only find himself more amused. But he felt a lil bad because sometimes they did get in situations like this. Chris didn't need to know what to do. He started jogging at a quick pace with her.
He decided to bite his tongue this time around. In the past he may have added on "Awww... is that really so bad?". But he decided she had a bit to much shock today already. So he would just concentrate on making the rest of the day better for her.
Thankfully though.. the cart with the poultry wasn't far. "Mm... i think I'll cover it this time." He told her with a smile as he quickly pulled a few golden coins from his pocket and paid for the chicken. And as the guy put it in ice he looked back at her. "Sorry for all the chaos." His voice told her with a small smile.

"That just a rule that I'd rather not follow, Enersafe has gotten boring, no strong oponents, no fun. Besides I think I may not be an Enforcer to much longer, already have two warnings for killing my teammates for no apparent reason, my reason was they got in my way, I was one of four Enforces transfered here. The others didn't last long enough to make it."
Leon said, brushing a few stray blood read hairs out of his face.

Shin caught breath. Though it wasn't from the quickened shuffle to the vendor, more just the fact that her heart was racing. She calmed down though once a good deal of distance was covered between her and that... Horrible, horrible boy. She blushed.
"Umm, Thank you." Laughing embarrassed, she scratched the back of her head, "If this is chaos, it's the good kind at least." You brought Celebration... the chaos of joy..
She looked at him gratefully. She figured she had enough of the crowd and was willing to change the recipes to spices she already had. She pointed to a building not far off. It was plain and white the shingles were of good quality clay and each window had it's own garden sill.
"That's my place! Ya like it?" She smiled.
