Waiting for confirmation from Mason on the position and current situation concerning the Transport in distress. Hearing a small beep he turned on his ... Uhhh scanner ma bob and saw for himself.

The transports engines were cutting in and out. Though at different times. Just when one would turn back on the other would quickly fizzle out. The captain must be truly experienced to have kept it airborne all this while, even if he had lost several thousand feet in altitude. Surrounding the transport Graham left Dodge to do the talking with the pilot as he was nearly nose to nose with the cockpit. Mason was beneath and to the (Aft? back end) and he was above and to the right.
He could see inside the clear glass to to the passengers within. Some were screaming and crying in their chairs, others had seen the mobile suit and begun to panic, while others cheered. Very few were in their seats calmly sitting,... well actually only one. A little blond girl in the front row on the right.She seemed to be staring tight at the mobile suit. He assumed she was in shock, until her eyes lit up and she smiled. It was easy to see what she thought.
Ddge interrupted his people watching with alink through to air traffic control and they began to formulate a plan to help the transport land safely.
