Of course there's a code silly! There's always been a code. It's just that it hasn't been written down until now!

I disagree with number 8, not all bands march on their heels. Like mine

#13 refers to how a lot of trumpet players have big egos. It's fun.

My gawd, get out of the way of the Drumline. They will run you over.
Ha ha, I'm a tag-along mallet chick. <3 So I pretend I'm in Drumline. It's great. xD'

# whatever-we're-on-now: make way for people moving backwards or suffer the consequences!
I have multiple experiences with this one.
#11: The band director is always right #12: The drum majors are never wrong (Unless in conlift with rule #11)
^these remind me of stuff they tell us at drum major camp. "Rule #1: the director is always right. #2: when the director is wrong, refer to rule #1". And as for drum majors being right...of course we are! *cough cough*

I think I may add an approved rule list. that should end some of the confusion since we seem to have about 10 #21

Piccolo.
Yeah. Fear the piccolo and spell it's name right. Don't want to upset my baby now, do we? blaugh
#gobblegook: Revere the sousaphones. They are divine.
^Our band has had only one sousaphones for years, and we just got a second. Our BD practically adopted the poor freshman. Tubas are his favorite thing in the known universe, next to writing speechs about how bad we all are.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with #11 because my band director is an a$$hole and he is not always right. #22 don't throw your instrument to the ground in a hissy fit no matter how poed you are or else you'll be treated like a child and threatened with beatings (true story but it wasn't to me I did it to my flute peoples)
