"Oh, yeah! Does that mean your the king of the Candycanes? I want to be King of the Gumdrops!" he pranced around untl he found some very leafy and bouncy bushes and stood in what he thought was a royal pose in front of them.

"King of the Candycanes? I like it." He chuckled and found himself a few flowers and placed them on his head. It was a crown in his pretendings. "Nice to meet you King of the Gumdrops!"

"Nice to meet you, King of the Candycanes," Claud replied, "And have you caught any trespassers on this fine day?" He paused and blinked over at Stripes, "Who can we have to be a trespasser?"

"Not on this fine day." Stripes chuclked. He then looked around. "Oh, I don't know. Got anyone in mind?" He asked as he again looked around for someone.

"Well, there's Pond, but he always hangs around Chaos, and if she were dragged into the game it would get a little... Chaotic..." he said with a half laugh, "How about you?"

Stripes scrached his head for a moment. "Well, I dont' really know anyone. Other then you." He then smiled a half smile as that was rather a sad thing. Though, being so sugary sweet he hadn't noticed before.

"Hmmm... I suppose we could try to lure Pond away from Chaos and drag him here to play with us..." Claud said, "He knows who I am, so he wont be afraid of me, and if I introduce you he wont be afraid of you for long..." He laughed, his frosting hair standing up a little straighter and his eyes holding a glint of mischeif, a plot for luring Pond to them already forming in his mind.

Stripes nodded. "Sure. Haveing more then two sounds like fun. How do we get him here?" He asked as he walked closer to the King of Gumdrops.

"Well," Claud started with a grin, "We-" He broke off, suddenly realizing how compex the plan would be to explain and how it was already confusing himself. So he trashed it and came up with a simpler one, "We'll wait until Chaos goes swimming and then pounce him from behind and drag him back here!"

Striped thought about it a moment. "Yeah, that sounds like it would work to me. So, where are they?" He asked as he looked around. Were they near them or farther away? he wasn't too sure.

"Ummm," Claud looked around, "It's hard to tell with Chaos's pond... Apparently it likes to move around, but I'm sure we'll find it if we just start looking for it." After all, the only person it seemed to want to hide from was Chaos herself.

"A pond? Okay!" Stripes began to look for a pond that moved around. Sure that was odd sounding, but it didn't phase him at all. Really it was an adventure for the King of the Candycanes!

"I had no idea that Candyland was this big!" the King of the Gumdrops said, grinning and skipping a little, "Do you think we should split up to find it?"

"What if someone is hungry in the woods today?" Stirpes thought of the story where the kids ate a gingerbread house. He didn't want that to happen to his friend. "But if you think so."

Claud stopped at the mention of 'hungry', "On second thought, it wouldn't be very good for the game if the King of the Gumdrops was eaten, would it?" Laughing nervously, he started to walk a little closer to Stripes, his eyes now watching the forest a little more nervously.
