There's always this one:
von Karma: So? My granddaughter has a dog named Phoenix. Does this mean you are my granddaughter's fiancee?

I have few that I liked.
Phoenix: How much does a coffee cost at Tres Bien? Victor: 8 dollars. Phoenix: (Those better be some golden beans!)
Larry: I was in my log cabin, looking up in the stars. Edgeworth:...That single statement has so many contraditions I think I'm going to faint.
Franziska: The artist has been caught sketching a woman with a demon's face and whip.

Payne: This is madness! Madness! Obviously, my first thought was, "No, Winston, this is SPARDA."
Phoenix: (Hmm...) Mia: Don't just stand there Hmming to yourself!
This one's from Apollo Justice, so the Phoenix here is Hobo Phoenix Phoenix: ... Judge: Sure you have more to say for yourself than just "..." Mr Wright!
I'm not sure exactly how this one goes, but Apollo's point is fairly obvious Apollo: So you're his- Mr. Wright's daughter? Trucy: Yep! Apollo: You're 15, right? How old is your dad? Trucy: He's... turning 33 this year. Apollo: ...I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation. (I hope.)

xD; I don't remember exactly how this one goes, but it's something Ema says in the first game... Something like "I can just imagine Mr. Edgeworth sitting on that couch, looking over his case files, and then rolling up his sleeves and using his arms as pillows. Then, in the morning he wakes up with sofa hair and creases on his cheeks from the seams. So cool!" And then Nick is all "I can't believe she's daydreaming about Edgeworth working..."
But that whole thing about sofa hair and creases on his cheeks... D: Hoboy did MY mind jump to some things...

xEma Skyex HAHAHAHA!!! Hmm... Lemme think... AHA!! In T&T case 4, while playing as edgeworth, when you look at the defence badge in the court record and it says.. Wright dosen't mean what I think he means.. dose he? OH and I remember from one of the cases the judge says: "WHERE ARE WE GOING AND WHOSE CAR ARE WE DRIVING!?!" Just got to that line and it is hilarious!
