And as for sectionmembers who annoy me...
This one kid... we call him Mrs. Cuss. Yes, Mrs.. Cuz he acts like a girl and swears all the time. He refuses to listen to anything anybody says, but is never late and never slips up on that type of stuff cuz his Dad's paranoid. That, and he looks like he's making out with his instrument (bought of fof eBay) when he plays it. Last year, he was oiling it and one of the valves wouldn't go back in the casing. He dumped it over with us Advanced band Baritones to fix and went off on his merry way (this was right before a concert too ). The 8th graders kind of pretended they were busy, so my friends and I just started banging on the thing for half an hour, and when it finally went in, we were all, "Oh yeah, we totally did that."
