Turning away from Madison so she could communicate in private, the Dude put the bioculars to his eyes and looked down. Ah ... there it was. Holding the binocular in one hand, his eyes began scanning for a good descent route to the place where he could get into the water and start diving around his sunked ship.

Mad''s eyes bugged out of her head after seeing what Dr. Moreau said.
She thrusted the phone back into her pocket and tried to act like nothing happened. "It was a friend, but I got such bad reception on my phone that I hung up. The reception out here is terrible" she said, trying to cover up Dr. Moreau''s message from the Dude.
She bit her lip and wondered if the Dude found his boat yet.

((The Dude didn't leave anywhere. He was just looking for a path down. He didn't climb down yet though.))
The Dude has seen the little phone gadget before - Aubrey had one as well when she was calling for Dr. Moreau upon their arrival at the laboratories so he figured it was an elaborate walkie-talkie. And it's true - those things didn't always have the best reception.
Turning back to Madison and returning the binoculars, the Dude asked curiously: "So you think the good doctor's eyes ... whatchamacallit ... glowed freakishly when he injected you? That's trippy. Is your cousin known for, you know, being a bit on the freaky side?"
Then he added, replying to her first questions: "Oh, I got immunized by your cousin the day I got to the island. Was very kind of him, to take such tender care of my health." - he smiled again, and pulled another cigarette out if his pocket. He'd have to be carefull with those - he had only half a pack left, and they were soacked in salt, to boot.

(( Sorry..i had posted and it said 'no post mode'. I'll copy and paste from now on before posting. ))
"I don't really know him that well anymore. The only time I would see him was a family reunions and get togethers. At my aunt's wedding he was reading a book the entire time during the reception. I remember going over to him and asking what he was reading..and it was a book entitled 'Animal Farm'" she said, catching her breath. It was getting so hard to maintain balance on the rocks.
"He was only six years old at the time, too young for an average child to read a book like that. So yes, he has always been freaky to me". she stopped herself from disclosing anymore information..she had already said too much.
The smoke from the Dude's cigarette made her cough a little but was glad that a gust of wind had come in to blow some of it away.

((Oh it's totally okey - it has done that to me before too - I know it totally blows when it happens!))
"Oh, erm, sorry 'bout that" - the Dude put out his cigarette on the rock and carefully put it back into the cigarette pack to be smocked later.
"Ah, freaky huh? Well, I suppose that's what you get if you think too hard. Maybe that's why he got this island - so that he can't be bothered and can be freaky in private" - the Dude laughed heartily and started climbing down. "What's Animal Farm about anyway - I nver read it."
Seeing that she had problems climbing down, he stopped her with a wave.
"You don't need to come down. I'm gonna go dive around there for a while. You gonna watch the birds or something?"

Madison coughed again and waved her hand in front of her face to fan away the smoke. "That's ok, Dude. I'm just a little allergic to cigarette smoke"
She laughed at his comment. "Yes! I agree. I would love to have my own island too. The Doctor is so lucky" she paused and tried to recall what that book was about.
"I think it is about animals on a farm?" she laughed. In fact she had remember exactly what it was about but feared that it might give away more information about the Doctor. The Dude didn't appear to be the brightest crayon in the box but she did not want to assume. Maybe he was extremely intelligent and was doing an act to fool her. Now she was getting so suspicious of everyone on this island after getting the Doctor's message.
"I think I'll just watch the birds" she nodded as he waved for her to hault. She stepped back and sat on a large rock in the sun. Out of her bag, she took out some suntanning lotion and oiled herself up.

"Well, see ya. Don't fry your brains out" -
Wih that the dude started jumping down till he got to a conveniet spot to dive from down below in the rocks. He put on his flippers and his mask, took out the cigarettes from his pocket and dove into the water back first, like a SCUBA diver.
((You want to call it at that? The Dude will spend the rest of the day here, getting the remainings of his junk together ^_^ Thanks for the RP!))

It was official: Greer was never chasing another butterfly as long as she lived. The blasted things could move, which was due more to a good breeze than anything else, but still! She'd tried to stay close to the village as usual, but today a particularly beautiful Blue Morpho had caught her eye and she followed it into the depths of the jungle. Upon losing the butterfly, she got turned around, and quickly got lost herself. Twenty minutes of wandering had led her to the top of the cliffs, where she had promptly sat down to pout at circumstances somewhat beyond her control. How was she going to get home?

Timothy sat near the cliff edge on a rock, singing a song that he'd been working on. He'd sang it before and now he was just trying to refine it. Maybe he could perform it for the islanders. He hoped that it didn't sound too weird, he was self concience about his work.
"Longing for something I'll never have... ...dreaming of things, that cannot be.
I wake up and stare in the mirror... ...and I imagine him standing beside me.
Lost in a jungle... ...of uncertainty.
Lost in a land... ...of insecurities.
Can't have the one thing... ...I want more than all others.
I'm lost... ...with no one to show me the way...."
So he'd sang this a lot, sue him. Out here, away from the world, he felt so at peace, despite everything he'd learned and found out. Timothy wasn't as unhappy as he'd thought he'd be though. Since he met Vasile he'd been in a better, not worse mood. Despite the fact that Vasile didn't return his affections.

Greer sighed, listening to the sounds of nature as she tried to puzzle a way out of this mess. Ah, the wind, the birds, the singing- wait, the singing?! Hurrah, a person! Standing quickly, she turned and headed towards the melodious voice.
"Hello? Is someone there?"

Timothy heard a voice, and immedietly quit singing and playing. He found it ironic that someone would be out here when he was. A little annoyed but mostly suprised he yelled back.
"Yes, this way, by the cliffs" Timothy yelled back to call this person closer to him. Whoever they might be.

Walking slowly and carefully so she didn't hurt herself, it took Greer a moment to locate his position. Crashing out of the under growth, she smiled at the new fellow and waved a hello with her net.
"Hi, I'm Greer! Are you new to the island?"

Timothy nodded as he looked Greer over. He was a bit weirded out by her appearance. She had... feathers on her body. He'd met the Dude and Ambrose but that didn't make it not weird every time. What was he gonna end up as he wondered.
"Yeah... ummm... got here two weeks ago or no. Was here to study music, atleast that's what I was told."
Timothy looked at Greer's only slightly odd appearance again.
"How long have you been here?" How long did he have till he knew he wondered.
