"ChuChu!" The trainer called out. The tension was high in the air. Katie seemed to be recovering from her paralysis, and ChuChu was dead tired. They needed to end this. Now. "Brick break!"
ChuChu's breaths were ragged. She knew that she could probably go no further than this. She MUST hit. Her paw began to glow as she raised it above Katie. "CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" The raichu cried out, clenching her teeth and karate-choping Katie in the gut.

"Oh no... Katie..." Kira's eyes widened as she watched the attack slam into Katie.
Katie did her best to protect against the attack, but it was no good, and she felt the karate-chop slam straight into her. Her breath escaped her as her vision faded to black.
Kira ran to the field as Katie was knocked out and the battle was over. "Katie! Oh sweet Lugia, I'm so sorry! I should have never pushed you to battle...." She held her companion to her tightly, stroking her fur, and feeling the remains of electricity in each strand as it zapped her fingers.
Smiling weakly up to Luna, Kira nodded. "That was a really good battle." Her smile would have been stronger, but she was worrying over Katie.

"It was! And don’ tyou ever doubt it! You really gave me a run for my money!” The trainer exclaimed, but she paused after noticing Kira’s worried glance at her pokemon. “Cheer up, Katie will be nice and fine after a quick trip to the center. ChuChu's been through worse and haggled out with her life intact..." Speaking of which, the trainer leaned down over her pokemon and gently picked up the raichu who was now also unconscious from exhaustion.
"Shall we go together then?" Luna asked, shooting Kira a smile and pulling her arm towards the pokemon center without consent. "I'm sure you'd like to see your pokemon better as soon as possible!"
'And I'll pray I didn't scare her out of battling after all this is over...' The trainer thought to herself.

Kira blinked, then smiled and nodded. "Yeah, let's go together."
Holding the Pachirisu close to her, she laughed nervously. "I really just hope that Katie won't be mad at me. I was the one who insisted her to battle...." Very tenderly, she stroked Katie's head. "I can't wait to see her up and running again... literally. The little thing is all electricity under that fur, I swear...."

Luna gave a slight chuckle. "Nah, I'm sure that she was happy with the battle, she seemed even more exited then you." Luna teased slightly. "And seeing your pokemon up and about is always a nice sight." The trainer nodded. She had remembered waiting several times in the ER for her pokemon. "Hang on, we're almost there!" She told the trainer, taking a curve into an alley way for a shortcut and arriving at the doors of the center.
