Krysta blushed a little, so much respect coming from Kanati made her happy but shy. She didn't told them about her feelings for treee, the ways she cried when one died. Only Viscoso knew, and for the moment there was something else she wanted to share.
She winked at Elawi and with a smile like if it was nothing really new she said.
"Speaking of basket i hope our little ones will like their when the time will come."

Elawi jumped to attention as Viscoso's words. "You really think you'll get much alone time now that I know where you are." Elawi grinned mischievously. Elawi bit back her excitement at Krysta's wink and she stared at her brother for his reaction.
"Most foals feel that way about their basket Viscoso." Kanati said with a deep laugh. Kanati smiled gently as Krysta spoke the news, but his eyes kept on Krysta and not his son.
"They won't no foals do. Foals never like what is good for them. You will both find this out soon enough." Kanati chuckled a bit more before looking to his son.

Viscoso laughed. "How do you know where we live? You didn't follow me back to our-" He stopped all of a sudden, his mind finally registering what Krysta had said. "Wh-what?...You..you mean you're..." He blinked, unable to speak any further now that he was in full shock. He didn't notice his sister or his father's eyes on him but just stared at his mate, his eyes wandering to her mid section. It was a little swollen but obviously not enough for him to have noticed before...Was he really going to be a father??

Krysta smile was full of kindness and love. Her feelings for the babies and for Viscoso were so warms she could not be better. "Yes i'm waiting our babies, we will be parents soon."
She nodded with affection at Elawi. "Congrats auntie". Then she turned her head towards Kanati. "I'm happy i meet you before i get them, i'm sure they will love their grandfather."

Elawi giggled with glee at her brother's reaction. "I do believe that the congrats go to you and my brother!" Elawi nickered a bit fidgeting under the blanket from excitement.
Kanati nodded his head he was over joyed at his son reaction as well, but as always kept his calm decorum. "I look forwards to my first grandchildren, may you teach them the wisdom of the spirits that we all here hold so dear and yet it seems to be forgotten by the rest of our kind."

Viscoso jumped up and rushed the short distance over to Krysta, collapsing beside her and pressing his head against her large belly. He was silent for a while until his head shot up. "I don't feel them! Are they okay? Do you feel them? Is it too soon to be able to feel them??" He didn't know what to expect, he obviously hadn't done this before or talked to his parents about what they went through. "What about you?? Do you need anything? Food? Water? More blankets?? You need to be warm!" @.@

The mare smiled and nuzzled him, here come the Viscoso full of attention she liked. "I'm ok don't worry, and the little ones are ok too. I'm warm enough, Elawi already took care of it" she said looking at the blanket.
"And the house is warm too."
She looked back at Kanati "I will teach them how i love the nature i promise, but such a family they will not be able to not like it i'm sure."

Kanati chuckled in agreement before setting himself strait with a clearing of his throat yet not sounding mean he spoke again. "Have you chosen a birthing place, its very important to be comfortable during that time."
Elawi couldn't help but burst into more laughter as her brother freaked out and went into protective father mode. "Yep he will make a great father, but he is going to be a pain or rather a thorn in one's side till the foals are born. You won't be able to take a step without him freaking out I bet, Krysta!"

Viscoso peeked over Krysta's back at Elawi and snorted at her a bit. "I'm not clingy and I know full well that Krysta can handle herself. Though I will make sure my babies are safe if that's what you're getting at." He leaned over a bit, trying to n** at his sister.
He looked over at Kanati when he mentioned a birthing place. "I don't see anything wrong with our home. It's a small teepee just beside her two legger's so we have our privacy and a home of our own, plus if anything goes wrong she's there if Krysta needs help...Unless you had a different place planned?" he asked as he looked to his mate.

She smiled toward Elawi "I think you're right. But i'm sure he will be a good father."
She listenned to Kanati and Viscoso. "Actually i agree with Vis, our teepee is full of love and warm to there birth. I think it's perfect."

Kanati nodded and said nothing he closed his eyes and smiled. "I think it is a good choice, you will let me know when they are born won't you?" Kanati opened one eye to peek at Viscoso almost as if he didn't trust him to come back any time soon. "Cause you know your father is getting on in years, you don't vist enough." His tone was nothing, but joking as he let a small laugh escape.
Elawi nodded in agreement. "How far along are you Krysta? If you are as far along as I think you are, you might need to set off for home soon if you want to have them there." Elawi didn't want them to leave, but if they wanted to have the foals at home they needed to be there.

Viscoso nodded to Kanati with a smile. "Of course. I don't know when I'll be able to come back and let you know, being busy with the baskets and all but I'll sure try, dad. And if by 'getting on in your years' you mean you're getting old you're not that old...You're just gonna be a grandpa soon that's all," he laughed, obviously teasing Kanati.
He peered over at Elawi when she spoke and for once she asked a good question. "She's right you know. As much as my dad would like to have the babies here so he'd know right away it'd probably freak my sister out," he chuckled shooting an amused look at Elawi. Vis was disappointed that his mother hadn't come but she could see the babies when they were born hopefully. Standing, he nuzzled Krysta and helped her to her hooves.

Krysta nodded in agreement. "Of course we will tell you, you will be always welcome to come at our house to see the babies."
She turned her head towards Elawi. "Hum not long actually, some days. But less than a week i think. I don't really know it's my first time having babies."

" I was old before I had you my son, I was old when I raised your god father. I don't think I really ever let any of you know how old I truly am. The spirits like to remind me of my age these days with aching bones and muscles, but that is nothing to talk about now. Besides your father is still strong." Kanati stood and looked at Krysta nodding. "Good, I should like to see your home. It has been awhile since I have seen my two legger friend as well so the journey would be well made. I look forwards to it, but I shall give you some time to settle into the life of parent hood before I come to visit and so will Elawi." Kanati walked outside to wait and see them off.
Elawi glared at her brother even though it was probably true.
"I'm not the one that is most likely going to faint or even worse have sympathy pains!"
"Your silly dad, your a young strapping stallion, stop talking like your an old billy goat! I've never had foals before though I want too. I've seen quite a few pregnant mares and you look pretty far along." Elawi nuzzled Krysta in a sisterly manner and waited for her to walk out first.

The mare, helped by Viscoso stood on her hooves and started walking to go outside. It was funny to heard Kanati speaking like an old stallion, she was sure he was not that old actually.
She nodded at Elawi "You must be right, well it will be much funny to see them in their basket than in my belly, because well we can't see them inside me." she laughed softly and went outside the house.
