He poked into a non private channel of Keit's mind.
Hey, Keit. Don't worry. I've only unleashed one ace I had..
And I plan on drawing more hunters in. Just go with the flow.
I have an idea that requires madness to be pulled off.
We've gotta get them all in and trick them into doing things for us..
He walked right behind the bear, turning into a 'normal' looking body.
"I think it's time YOU learned some respect, Bear.
I was going easy, and you aren't the only hunter here.
Sure we're in your homeland, not mine, but I will destroy you if you attempt an attack on me once more. Am I clear?"
He said, growling a warning.
"You aren't the first bear who tried to kill me. The other two that attempted to murder me, I killed them instead. I am much faster than you, and I am a Hunter of the Savannah. Still think you can take me?"
He mumbled so only the bear would hear.

Keit opened a private channel to Mazarith. Mazarith, never speak in 'open' lines. Rangers can hear thoughts unless they are protected.
Suddenly some bushes rustled in front of him.
s**t, I believe your little stunt just gave away my position.
A Ranger came out of the trees and looked around.
Good, he doesn't know who I am yet. He thought in his blocked off mind.

Shinju sighed and shook her head. "Pardon my lion friend, he can a bit over the top somethimes." Shinju said and glared at Mazarith-sama. Keit-sama are you alright? Shinju thought while gaurding her mind the best she could against Rangers.
"I'll pardon him for now." The hunter hissed. "Since we are at the Ranger's." The hunter the motioned to the fortress just ahead. "You both infront now."
Shinju sighed and walked ahead. She entered the forts outer wall only to be struck hard accross the back of her head.

The Ranger looked at him. "A hawk? Interesting."
s**t. Keit assaulted the Ranger's mind and hid himself from view and erased the memory of himself from his mind.
"Why am I here?" The Ranger scratched his head and turned around.
Keit sighed in his head. I'm fine. Don't worry about me, it will show in your brain scan.

He walked in front of the bear, brushing against him disrespectfully
as he moved out in front.
He went into the bear's mind, and made sure nobody else would be able to hear his thoughts.
Heed my warning, scum. If you try to harm me, you are a dead bear.
You shouldn't act like it's your choice whether I live or not, with your "I'll pardon him for now" crap. Listen well, bear. If you so much as strike at me, I will tear you apart and drink your blood. You expect respect because you are a hunter, yet you have no respect for your fellow hunters.
You are worthless scum, bear. Do not try to strike me again. Got it?
You disrespected me first, you brought everything upon yourself.

Shinju hissed as her sight cleared. She glared slightly at the Ranger's feet. He stood just ahead of her. Shinju whispered. "We have been invited to this land to find the missing princes."
The ranger frown and glanced at the hunter. "You are dismissed Hunter." The Ranger hissed out then glared at him. The Hunter grumbled then left Shinju and Mazarith with the Ranger. "Come this way Cursed one. We will escort you to the capital city."
"Thank you." Shinju whispered and stood with her eyes lowered. Come Mazarith, but walk with caution.

Fine...But if you hear any dying screams of men, they attacked me first..
I know what they're thinking...
He growled, and stood beside Shinju.
"I will be following along. If your little escorting business happens to step out of place and say, become an assault attempt, then I will have to kill you. Not one slight scratch on her or you're dead, got it?"

Keit silently flew along aware of the Rangers' posts as he followed behind them.

He walked right beside Shinju, not letting a single thing in the area go unchecked by his eyes.

The Ranger chuckled at Mazarith and shook his head. "Listen child if you make a move on any Ranger... you will be dead before you know it." The Ranger said with a calm smile. "As for if anyone touches the Cursed one, it will only be to confirm her identity. Though it might seem violent to you, it is normal for her." The Ranger then hooked his thumb in Shinju's direction. "Also I advice you to keep your other companion in check. If he messes with the mind of any other ranger I will have my men shoot him down."
"That won't be necessary." Shinju whispered with her head down. "Keit-sama has no doubt already heard your warning." Shinju then followed the Ranger as he walked. Though she was careful to trace the movement of the other three Rangers hidden in the trees around them.

Keit sighed and flew down landing on Shinju's shoulder. He then spoke to the Ranger through his mind. Forgive me, it was a mild alteration and will call no ill effects on his performance or mind in any way. I was merely protecting myself and my companions. He made a small bow and disabled the connection, blocking off his mind to everyone.

He laughed insanely.
"Well, Mr. Big Bad Ranger, you might think you're all tough 'n' stuff, but I doubt you can handle a hunter from a completely different land. Men can't handle lions, I assure you. Especially since you judge a book by it's cover,
and get cocky. I may sound cocky myself, but I am merely saying, you say you absolutely can defeat me, which is in short, being cocky. Which leads to defeat. Very shameful defeat. In front of all the other Rangers."
He said, walking closely by Shinju.
"And I am only ensuring 'The Cursed One's safety, so stand down, Ranger."

The Ranger burst out laughing and glanced at Mazarith. "For your information lion-boy. I can tell a person's blood and they're home land just by looking into their eyes." The Ranger said with mirth. "All Rangers can. The only person our ability does not effect is the is the Cursed One. And there is no human Rangers. We are all either mixes or whole demon. Now move your feet not your mouth."
Shinju kept her head down and nudged Mazarith to catch his attention. Mazarith-sama, please do not irk the Ranger. We don't want to make enemies of them.
