I started on Sunday to make up for not being able to do anything Monday.
I practiced energy expansion, spreading my energy out as far as I could (which ended up being a good portion of my town) and then pulling it back into myself.
Tonight I plan on breaking a Hematite ring by flooding it with negative energy, if it's successful, expect a video! =D

Well, I've been channeling and charging regularly... Nothing new there. However, I did recharge batteries in my 360 controller like Dameon and I used to for CD players and such. I concentrated energy for a few storms that happened recently, and failed to make any process in rekindling full belief in divinities, devils, etc. Anyone who knows me well enough, will know why I've abandoned them all. I've put forth into motion a few things. One being an experiment I'll likely post in the days to come. The other things not likely as important, like taking the time to finish Assassin's Creed...

Today I ran about 2 miles in 13:23 minutes. I did some arm exercise and ab exercise, and damnit if my energy wasn't through the roof at the time. I sort of feel run down now though, considering I did all of this after a 7-ish hour day of work.
I continued my plant experiment and did a fairly in depth update, as in I took specific measurements of each plant with a ruler (and in one part, a protractor).
I've been attempting astral projection every night. It yields interesting dreams as always, but I can't get past the vibratory/separation stage. I usually fall asleep.
I made a half-assed attempt at kindling the inner fire of this lead ball that's been seeded with gold. I'll give it a more serious attempt later. /procrastination
EDIT: OH! I almost forgot. Last night I was trying to practice TK and I could barely budge my psi wheel, which isn't that unusual since I've been out of practice. However, sitting here now the thing occasionally just starts spinning for no apparent reason, with no noticeable drafts. I've noticed that happens when I'm in a certain state of mind.

Moonlit Jade I'm curious as to what that state of mind is like. I'll be focusing on the computer, then notice my psi wheel move off to the side. When I notice it, it moves more for a moment, then dies down. Once again, focused inattention seems to be the key here. As to why it randomly moves while in my presence at certain times and then doesn't at other times, I can't really explain.

I used to have mine there and sometimes when I moved my mouse, it made the wheel move. Now that I have it moved to a less shaky area and covered (I have a vent in my cieling) it never budges. When I used to practice, I had the most control over it when I was just thinking with pure intention, no words. Just thought I'd share that. ^^

I've made sure to look and see if there was any correspondence between my own motions, my computer's fan, etc. None that I can see. And my room isn't connected to the vent system of the house. Gets cold in here... xd

I've really not been doing as much as I said I would. I only /really/ started DSW today (Friday). Nonetheless, I made my very first servitor (that helps me go SHOPPING. Somewhat generally put.), and a fetish item for her (not that kind of fetish >: | ). Tonight I'm going to try some exercises from Liber MMM, and see if I can write myself up a schedule to continue practising it for the forseeable future. It's been a slow week for me, but at least I'm finally doing something. >.>

D: One of the most thoughtful gifts was given to me today.
I'm the head of an chapter of a national club, and my advisor had been chewing me out constantly because my attendance has been down (But my dad's heart surgery went well yesturday so my attendance will go up agian)
It was a handmade tiger's eye necklace. I adore it. My friend gave it to me and said, "I hope with helps keep your mind clear and your chin up,".
She was a girl I had been helping her while she was learning wicca. C:
Nice way to get into the ending of dsw.

Blessed Yule, everyone! And happy Gebo-mas!
(Yule's tomorrow. I hope to celebrate, but I have no idea how. I've been unable to do anything except read an insanely good book on Astral Projection. I mean REALLY good.)

He discusses conscious methods of astral projection and documents his experiences in great detail. It's a short, but very enlightening, read. I haven't finished it yet, but I'll see what kind of information I can pull out of it for them.

I've been kind of busy with life stuff somewhat, but I have been continuing my plant experiment and now I have [BlkCat] as a Reiki student, so that counts as doing something, doesn't it?
I really need to make time to work on transmuting this ball of lead.
