MistyRose *Misty gasped as she heard the radio announcer telling about the attack* Then looking at Pastor and Gabe shaking her head and saying." We're doomed arent we?... "No we're not doomed child." Pastor Thomas said. "We have the Lord by our side. With him all things are possible. That is why I must go on this quest." ~*~ Suddenly a bright light filled the room & a voice was heard. "I am Brian. Archangel of the Lord. Thomas you will not take this journey alone others will go forth by your side. Together you will bring back the Grail. Then the light & voice dissapeared. ~*~ Pastor Thomas stood there in shock at what had just happened.

Just then a light appeared all around them and Misty stood there with the others in awe...

Gabe had sat there the entire time. Not saying anything or butting into the conversation. He didn't get up rudely and fix himself a nice cup of coffe or anything. He just sat there, listening, though he'd roll his eyes here and there. When the light filled the room and the voice sounded Gabe found himself stunned. At first he thought it was Michael, but then he saww the assissant pastor standing at the door, looking just as amazed. Gabe took a deep breath after the light dissapeared.
"Okay.....so....that was werid...."

"No Gabe that was not weird." Pastor Thomas replied. "That was a message from the Lord. Now whom did the angel mean was too go with me? If you two could excuse me for a moment I need to go pray on this." He turned & left the room to spend time alone in prayer.

As the pastor left Misty turned to Gabe and said..."Well i'll be seeing you around Gabe have a good day..and if the Pastor comes back please tell him to give me a call so then i will know what to do with this piece of paper that i was supposed to give him"...
Then Misty went to the door and waved good-bye and walked out of the office....

As Misty sits in her car; she wonders to herself what was really happening did she really see that bright light and hear the voice from nowhere?..And what about what the Pastor was saying about going on this quest for the Holy Grail and who was going with him? Then she did something that she hasnt done in such a long time...she bowed her head and started praying herself..seeking the Lord's direction for her life and that the Lord will give the Pastor the direction to do what is right in this adventure..After saying Amen...she realize that she shouldnt leave just yet...that she should go back into the office and wait to see if the Lord will answer her prayer for this man of God...
So she gets out of her car and walks back into the office and saying to Gabe..."I decided to wait and talk with the Pastor about this paper and to see for myself what decision he is going to do",..said Misty.

Gabe nodded to Misty and sat there. Was God real? He couldn't be....could he? Gabe got up and walked over to the window, looking out at the world. There were so many wonderful things about the world, but also so many terrible things too. Why would God allow evil to-
Gabe wanted to slap himself. he had learned it in Sunday School. Adam and Eve set evil into the world. God gave mankind the right of choice and both idiots had screwed the world. Gabe bit his bottom lip.
Dear God...I don't know if you can hear me....or if you even care....I mean, I haven't talked with you in a while and I sort of thought you didn't exsist....but...Lord...whatever just happened, you did it for all of us to see. Do you want me to do something? Do you want me to help the Pastor? God, I need some answers here. Gabe prayed in his mind. He then took a deep breath and turned back to Misty.

You have an innerstrength that would serve Pastor Thomas well on his quest, but the decision is yours." Then the voice was gone as quickly as it came.

Pastor Thomas came back over to Misty & Gabe. "I'm glad you both waited here for me." He said too them. He looked at Gabe. "Are you allright? You look a little pale."

all she heard was "are we going now?" then the glass she was leaning on gave way and she fell through "ahhhhhh!" *crash* landing in the middle of them. "ow! that hurt!" she looked around to see the shocked faces around her. "sorry" was all she could say.
