A moment later, Lemurrin returned with a full plate. He nodded amicably enough at Kirana. "I'm doing alright. A bit groggy, apparently," he remarked, with a hint of his usual more cheerful manner. He resumed his seat on the bench and tried to concentrate on the food.

Kirana sighed softly as Verde stirred, nipping lightly at her ear and crooning. "No, you're not hungry again. You just ate," Kirana sighed, running a hand through her hair, yelping as it got stuck. She kept forgetting she had put it up in a bun. "Though...I am a bit hungry," She said, smiling. "Will you boys excuse me a minute?" She asked, standing and going to get some breakfast.

"Not a problem, we'll be here when you get back." He nodded at lemurin as he sat down again. "Asleep all day?"

Lemurrin nodded, munching absently on a tuber. "I only meant to sleep for a little bit..." He trailed off and sneaked a glance at T'bell. "How are you? And Liliath..?" He tried his hardest not to blush. And failed.

Ah, there it was again. Would he get it from both sides? Likely, however, he supposed he should be happy that people cared for him. "It was..." He looked at his plate and thought for a moment, finding appropriate words. "I'm ok now, I think. I little off-center, but I won't fall apart. It may take me a few days to get back to my normal self. I think surprised could sum it up." He smiled, it actually was quite nice that he had people concerned, made him feel not quite so alone, and at least they weren't prodding like some dragonriders tended to. "Liliath is fine. Tired, of course, but she's slowly waking up. She'll hunt as soon as she does, she's starving." He gestured to his plate sheepishly, "It kind of leaks over."

"Liliath must be pretty happy with herself," Lemurrin ventured. "She had a soft spot for Siventh, as I recall." It was easier to talk about the dragons than the riders. He ducked his head, trying to be nonchalant.

"Smug, mostly." T'bell commented, "I've been spared the brunt of her bragging, but she's also not completely awake yet." Oh, he'd have a talk with her when she was awake and full alright. "Slept all day, like you." He added with a small teasing smile.
Zephyr, curious, stuck his head up from his perch on his impresseds' lap and chirruped at Lemurrin. Judging the coast to be clear and safe, he clamoured up onto the table and ploppeed down beside T'bells cup, curling his tail around the rider's forearm and peering at the food. Within a moment Flute's noticing trill came from above, carrying a hint of warning. If he was to feed one, he was to feed them both.
The greenrider sighed and rubbed the small blue's head. "You already had your dinner a bit ago. I'll give you some when I'm, done, ok?" He got a chirp in response and Zephyr laid down where he was, snout inches from the edge of the plate.

Lemurrin grinned, taking the teasing in stride. He imitated Zephyr's chirped greeting, perfectly happy to be distracted. "I'm surprised I haven't been mobbed by my pair yet," he quipped. "They're behaving remarkably well, considering all the recent excitement."

"Zeph hid, like any smart boy, and dear Flute was missing, probably cavorting with wild flitts." He waved a hand up at his queen, who chirped her opinion on 'cavorting' and rustled her wings. "Did yoursstay with you or flutter off?" Ah flitts, a perfect distraction. If he was lucky he could avoid much of the mating talk.

Or maybe it wasn't a safe topic. "Oh no, they stayed with me. They seemed to be amused by projecting... images." Lemurrin's cheeks flushed and he looked down at his plate. Trying to regain his composure, he took a few long drinks before looking at T'bell again.

"I wouldn't have noticed if Flute sent me anything." He mumbled into his plate, "There whers were confused though." He quickly took a large bite of the meat to stop him from having to say any more, his cheeks turning the faintest of pinks. He'd believed after the night before he was all blushed out, apparently not.

"The poor whers. How have they been since? Calmer, I hope?" Lemurrin finally managed to recover. Sensing his change in mood, his flits popped out from between, whistling at the Harper. "Hush, hush, you two! Patience, you little pests..." He rolled his eyes, trying to make the flits settle down on the table long enough for him to toss them some food.

T'bell swallowed what was in his mouth and looked up at the arrival of the flitts. "Tabesk tried to eat K'rel. Task did the same." He turned back to his food and hid the blush once more, "They don't seem too disturbed by Lili's threats."

"Stay!" Lemurrin ordered. Brownie settled with a queep, Grenna with a few complaining chirps. However, the pair settled once their Impressed shoved meatrolls from his own plate at them. As the flits descended greedily on the meatrolls, Lemurrin couldn't help but grin. "At least K'rel is in good company then? Innocent bystanders who have nearly been eaten by your whers?"

"They've only tried to eat you and him." He mumbled in defense and waved a hand while keeping his head low, "Tabesk took fine to the trader out there, I'm not sure if you've met him. I think she's worse around me."
