20 Shades of Crazy Lord Setar 20 Shades of Crazy Huckabee is...sick. Bleh. Sometimes conservative views can scare the hell out of me. gonk As long as we're talking about political candidates, I really wish Kucinich was more popular. He's like, awesome. Kucinch didn't get enough support at Iowa to be viable, so he told his supporters to go Obama. Ha, that's good, my support was split between the two at first. : P Obama's a great person, and I think he'll do wonders for America (although, I think Kucinch would have been just as great, but his wife is just too pretty to be first lady xD). If Huckabee wins, I'm moving to the UK and living in my friend's backyard. Living in a place where Huckabee has power < living in a backyard I intend to move to Germany if huckabee wins. Maybe I can join you in the UK and we can make a backyard community! We will call ourselves the backyardigans!

PhaedraMcSpiffy Peppermint Schnapps i wish i could have gone to the republican caucus and punched every female that voted for Huckabee. I'd punch every person regardless. There is absolutely no excuse to disregard and violate a person's rights. The women should be ashamed because they're hurting their own sex, and themselves, but the men shouldn't be any less ashamed. Male or female, we're all people, and if you can treat half the population like subhuman incubators, there is something wrong with you, regardless of whether you belong to that population or not. People should care about everyone's rights, not just their groups'. fair enough, i just feel like any female that votes for him is a traitor to her own gender. Quote: Quote: most of those women probably just want to see a woman be president because they're from the era when woman could only be nurses. I want a woman to be president, but she'd better be a GOOD president. Women can be just as misogynist, stupid, violent, and horrible as men. That said, I think that's an overgeneralization you've just made. I think a lot of women are voting for Hilary because they share her views and think she's a good candidate. Also.... The blatant sexism of most of the Hilary-bashing really bothers me. i suppose that could be true, but i still think that's a part of it. i don't give a s**t that she's a woman, i just give a s**t that she's a freak. Quote: Quote: sadly, i've decided that if it comes down to Hillary and Guliani i'm going to vote republican. i can't STAND Hillary Clinton. >.< Obama/Edwards '08 ftw! I think you've told me this before, but why do you hate Clinton? because she thinks that the state should raise your kids for you. she's VERY DHS friendly and i think DHS is one of the most worthless organizations our country has. at least, that's been my experience with them and i've had quite a bit of dealings with DHS. then there's the fact that she's pro-parental consent when it comes to abortion (i know Guliani is somewhat anti-choice, but you really can't be that anti-choice if you were the governer of New York. i kind of doubt he'd do anything detrimental to abortion rights if he were elected. it'd still suck having him as president, but it's better than Hillary). she contradicts herself a lot, too. she says something about being ready to change America but then says something about her having lots of political experience. America needs someone ready to change, not someone who's going to treat the position like it's "business as usual". she's got damn near 35 years of political experience so i can be fairly sure that's EXACTLY what she's going to do. lots of people want to vote for her because they want Bill Clinton and that irritates the s**t out of me. i heard something somewhere that she's very pro-censorship, and if that's true that really bothers me. there's a lot of other things that irk me about her, too, but i really don't feel like going into those.
