Whats all this *perry* stuff?
xd In the fighting game Street Fighter III: Third Strike, when characters block they take "guard damage". Meaning, when you block you take a small portion of damage. It keeps people from just blocking the whole time.
Now, to keep people from just pounding a blocking person until they get killed by block damage, there was a new perry system. If you push forward right when an attack is going to hit you, you'll perry it. It means, you flash blue and absorb all of the attack, taking no damage. Also, you can attack immidiatly after, to stop the other person if they are in a combo.
Gum was posting in all the forums, trying to get her name on all the topics. I was "perrying" her efforts, essensially stoping her progress, like a perry stops a combo.
If all this doesn't make sense don't worry, it was a lame joke anyway.
