4. Why does Gaia feel the need to shove some stupid guy band thing in my face??? Not shoving, just putting it out there. o_O; OK, if they had gone and made a thread in the CB and I came across it, and was all "that's pretty cool that they're endorsing this band" then they'd be "putting it out there". But if the make an announcement, they're shoving it in my face... I have the little announcement bubble and I click on it to see what it is... they're shoving them in my face... then they went and said "hey check out or free item"... they are RUBBING them in my face.
BASICALLY, I don't care about finding the hot new band, so if you talk to me about some band you discovered, I'll say you're shoving them in my face.
I was fine with The Hills, cuz I actually watch that show... but the Cory kids are unknown and are probably LAME! They'll probably have the hottest new single in the universe, and then I'll say "OMG I HAVE LOVED THIS BAND SINCE I HEARD THEM ON THE GARDEN STATE SOUNDTRACK!". But right now they're not the hottest thing, so I won't care... >.>

Second off, I like their music. I've heard it before and I think it's cool

Seriously, my logic seems flawed?
I get anime thrown at me, OK, I'll handle it, then I get movies thrown at me, OK, I can handle those too, then I get The Hills thrown at me, I like the hills, so I'll handle them too, then I get music thrown at me... WHAT THE HELL??
How does that not make sense? It's like trying to shove more than 1 straw into the lid of a cup at Mickey D's... one fits fine and then you put another one in there and the lid begins to rip.
And they can be the Mariah Carey Brothers, and I will still not care enough about them to try and care what the correct spelling is. So until they have a number 1 hit or a song I just can't get our of my head, they'll be the Cory Sisters.
