"I'll do it. You look drunk and if you spout stuff about killing people you'll be dead faster than a hen in a foxhole. I can do the talking. Just tell em what I need to say before we get there." she grabbed his hand and jerked him after her. she knew everything in these places. She'd spent time memorizing them.

She nodded and led him to the station, lingering at the door. She hated the police. Hated them, along with any form of law. She hated them all and wanted them to ignite into an inferno of flames. but, knowing spontaneous combustion was rare, she didn't do anything. "I think Ben is dumb. allowing people like me a second chance. He's trying to lure a tiger with a piece of wheat. Even if it worked, he'd end up getting bitten. this is too dangeorus for him. If he keeps trying to help people lik me he'll end up dying. You know that, correct? And I doubt you'd want that, seeing how quickly you defended hom the other day..." her eyes were hollow again. She was disgusted with herself for showing weakness, and to a man like Ben nonetheless. Hadn't she seen where telling other people her emotions got her last time? her hand went to her torso as she watched Yori at the door of the station.

"i know he is smart..." she said softly, following him quietly. "but it's dumb for him to care about me. Pawns can never be more. even if they wear the armor of a trook, they are never more. never..." once they climbed the stairs, she pointed to the end hallway. "in that room there." she said hollowly.

she shook her head. There was no other side for her. she didn't have any interest in waiting for him in the police station. detached from emoton, she walked back down the stairs and out the station and back to the bar. maybe she would try somethign alcoholic. she would have to see altair soon and she would rather not remember it. beign drunk might help with that. she changed her cape to the black side, took the mask out and changed a few other things before walking back into the bar. She walked into the bar and sat down, ordering the strongest they had.

"Shut up you old man." she hissed, grabbing the drink and smelling it. smelled disgusting. she stared at it ruefully, wonderign how everyone could always tell she was a girl beneath the cloak and cape. it's not like she was overly attractive. and besides, she hid her figure well. she stared at it a bit before drinkign a sip. disgusting.

"no, you don;t look ol.d You're more like a rowdy teen. You barely seem old enough to drink.." she took a bigger gulp of her drink and nearly threw up. it was so disgusting. "fiesty?" she stared at the beer. "it isn;t the word I would use, but sure. Why not?" she sighed, she was feeling a tad light-headed.

"Take it how you will." she said bluntly, taking another swig. she swayed a bit but steadied herself.
