Shino looks out and notices the punch table and begins to head over for some punch.

Akio watched her for a moment then looked down he couldnt stand it...he was the one hurting her... great now he had something to bet himself up over at least. "Im sorry Ariane... I could break up with Naisu but what would that make me? YOu will find some one...some one who can always love you... "yes...he was getting good at these emtional pep talks... "Araine... Trust me... I would prefere see you happy with someone else then drooling after something there could never be."Damn this wasnt how he wanted this to go. "No let me try again... Araine I love you as one of my best friends,...If ...If i were straight you would be who i would be in fatuated with... Trust me...your eyes are butiful everything about you is but your eye Ariane i could get lost in them... for hours or more... and this is while im gay... but there is naisu...I couldnt hurt him...not now... I love him too Araine... I do i love him... I couldnt sacrifice him to Onbin...the stpid mystic ready to point out my ever flaw...Sad to say it but if i left Onbin would take my place instently"

She smiled and shook her head "No, it's fine. It's not really like that." she blushed, looking down "He's more of my brother, in a way. He didn't really even want to come so he probably wouldn't want to dance anyways." her eyes shimmered sadly as she looked down.
Sameru glanced at all the other guys there, envious of the ones dancing before looking back at Aiden and Fushia "Lucky. I don't deserve her." he said and laughed to himself.

Avalynn smiled "so haseo...How did you get here...were you dragged like most of the guys or did you just happen to show up?" SHe was curious as to why an attractive guy like this was danceing a waltz it just didnt make sense.
Royal smiled "You would?...thank you. "He offered his hand and smiled across the room to his bbrother standing in aw... SAtupid brother...gonna cetch flys instead of women... He smirked. He lead her onto the dance floor and smiled puting his had properly on her waist and taking the other softly he twirled her about the floor secretly thanking his father for his height and his mother for those privet dance lessions.
Aiden smiled wrapping a fingure under her chin. "My dear dont look so sad... your so beautiful i bet you could get any man you want to fall head over heels for you...even your 'brother' over there... and i say go for it if you love him...cuse hed be a fool not to love you...."

Thank Mother for teaching her how to dance. Free form, waltz, and a surprising variety of other dances, some which to be saved if she ever got a boyfriend...blech. Like anyone could handle her ever-changing mood. Maybe with any luck, no one she knew would see her dancing with a guy<<

Haseo begun to explain "You see Avalynn, I naturaly wished to come but not in such of an outfit... Im not the normal person to walk around in a tux. My friend practicaly had to yell at me to wear somthing nice." He frowned at the image.

((I know tara i am so so considering breaking them up..since KAju isnt around and she has one she wanted him with anyway... so so want to...i may just cuse he really does like her... *point of pushing her away...*))
Akio watched her. "Araine..." He took a breath and pushed through the threong of danceing mystics. "Wait ...please lets talk...I dont want my best friend hating me..." He caught up with her... THank the lord for long legs verses shorted ones. "Araine... Please." He grasped her elbow losely hoping it would make her stop. "I just want you to be happy"
Royal smiled softly. "Yeah i know... I wouldnt want anyone to get the wrong idea... Thank you by the way...its ...thanks"

(Hmmm....I think I may throw a few more out there. I was thinking of throwing Tetsu out there for the teens, but the only guy teens are Roy's kids, and that would be sorta weird... Even though they aren't exactly related... Eh, I'll throw her out there anyway.)
Roy smirked at the thought. "You have a point there, but I do believe that wasn't the type of dancing I was talking about." He twirled her around and pulled her back to him, continuing in the steps. As he watched her face, he knew something was on her mind. "What's wrong, love? Something troubling you?"
Chris walked into the room, hands in his pockets, and glanced around at all the couples. He wasn't exactly sure why he was here in the first place, but in the depths of his mind, he knew he came to try to forget about her. Spotting the punchbowls he quickly made his way over and poured himself a cup, wincing when he realized this one hadn't been spiked yet.
Devin sat down in a chair on the girl's side and just shook her head at her brother's antics. It was times like these when she wished she was an only child. Especially since all 3 of her brothers had their father's personality in them.
Royce headed back over to his chair, looking around the room on his way to see if any of the girls would catch his interest. He was confident he could woo them with his flame ability, either that or scare them away.
(Wow, Royce has gone from a sweet, innocent little thing to a cocky brat. Must be from Roy... I have a feeling his shyness isnt completely gone though)
Tetsu, dressed in a stunning navy blue dress and a black feather mask, sat nervously on the girl's side of the room. It was a little nerve-wracking being there all alone, but when she heard about the ball, she was eager to go and see what it was like.
Oni made her way into the room with a reluctant Ayame close behind. She turned to face her and raised an eyebrow. "What's with you? You look great! The guys will be all over you!"
Ayame looked to the floor, a blush of embarassment on her cheeks. "Are you sure? Why would any guy want to dance with me?"
Oni rolled her eyes and pulled her further in, grinning deviously when she spotted the mistletoe. She sneakily pushed Ayame to stand underneath it without her knowing. "Wait here, I'll go get us some punch," she smiled and ran off in the direction of the snack table, hoping her plan would work.

Fushia shook her head "It would never work between us. We're too different. We'd spend all our time arguing over the smallest things." she smiled and gave a small laugh, wiping her eye with her hand "I'm sorry Aiden. You wanted to dance with me and here I am babbling away about my problems." she looked back up at him with an embarassed, guilty look.
Sameru cocked his eyebrow when he saw they stopped dancing "Uh-oh, mayday." he said and sweated, standing up "I shouldn't have come. It was stupid of me." he turned around "I'm sure she'd enjoy herself more without me distracting her." he looked at the door "I'll just have to make up a story about the tux." he said and put his hand on the door, glancing back at Fushia.

Moving to stand in front of her Akio frowned and grabbed her hand "COme with me." With out consent from her he turned and tugged her... ((I know god-modding.)) He waited for her to follow even reluctently or try to pull against him before trudging on Finding a some what silent place under the bright stars he lowered him self down to look her square in the eyes. "Please dont lie to me..." His eyes moved across her face. "Why are you crying Araine... I cant see your beautiful eyes when you cry..." His smile was soft and caring. "Araine... please stop crying... Let me take you in and get you a drink then we can try our dance again...or maybe even just sit and laugh at a whole bunch of people... You know all that fun stuff." He was trying to make her smile anything to make her smile. "Please... Araine..." With out thinking he took her hand and moved it to his lips. ...Chivalry dies hard i guess. He frowned "Araine there isnt a thing i can do right now to make this better....where we are at is you are my best friend im dating Naisu and im still gay... not as gay as before i met you but still gay none the less... I dont want you to be angry at me...please... I just wanted to have a good time tonight."
Devi smiled up at im "Oh ..its nothing...nothing at all." with a graceful turn she was swept closer to him and she sighed. yes she would dance her whole life if it ment she could be this close to him...well she already had that so she may not dance forever.
Aiden smiled "Well thyen...if you are ok with dancing. LEt me attempt to sweep you into a fun dance." The music was gracefully playing and he led her away back into the dance.
Avalynn smiled "Ah see i had to yell at my brothers to get their butts here but they are here and only avalon is being a spoile sport,"
Royal smiled the natural laid backsmile he had mastered. "Well im glad then...i would probably have been very sad had i not been aloud to dance with you... " His eyes roamed her face deciding to himself he really did like her hair. it was pretty.

Armaroq became agitated rather quickly, for he seemed to always get bored easily. He stood up from his spot in a corner and rushed out into the dance floor and began to dance by himself, apparently trying to draw attention to himself as usual. He put on his 'Well, I'm here! May as well have some fun!' smile as he danced like a loon.
