I know i is suppose to be about the harvest season in Africa. But that's about it. It was declared a holiday sometime in the 70's or 80's fairly new actually.

Yeah, that's why people celebrated it before, when it started, but now are like, dude, what is the point of this anyway?
If you ask around, some people who used to celebrate don't even understand what it's about.

I love the Spring, but I dislike Easter. Candy is disgusting and eggs are chicken fetuses. sad
And marshmallow peeps gross me out, the Easter Bunny gives me carrots. Last year he gave a Pikachu. ^_^

[] I like most commercial holidays with the exception of Thanksgiving and Valentine's Day. I like the whole concept of Thanksgiving, but I was never a big fan of the food. Valentine's Day just flat-out makes me feel bad for very obvious reasons.

Thanksgiving means eating dead turkey flesh, Easter means painting baby chick fetuses, Christmas is a lie to little children, Valentine's Day means chalk candy and makes people without significant others saddened, and Johnny Applesead day is just freaking awesome. ^_^
(I was born on September, 26.)
And the song was a part of Rehab Center for Fictional Characters, a really funny original song by a kid named Bo Burnham.
