FlakPanzer I can't stand the polar opposites on games such as Halo, FFVII, and WoW. It seems like everyone either hates or worships these games, either side getting a little annoying. They're good games. They are not reasons to quit your jobs. They are not the reasons your ears bleed every time you hear the game. They're good. Not crappy, not god-like, but good games.
It keeps feeling more and more like people are thinking "I dislike ___, therefore I am an individualist and am cool." I just posted that in an anti-FFVII thread, actually. >>
Oh, and on the topic of WoW...I realize that theres virtually no problem here on Gaia, which is odd, but I went to a website to download the "Leroy Jenkins" video, and there were hugely negative remarks about it, such as "get these wow fags off teh site" (I quote).
And so ends the VGP debut of FlakPanzer! I must always says that FF7 isn't the best of the serie, good but not the best. Imagine the reaction of the fanboys gonk

Eternal Knightmare Exactly. That's what kills me about all these Emo/Goth kids trying to be different. It's redundant. Which is why I've come up with a system I plan to incorporate once I take over the world. Teenagers will have to apply for a license to dress like a goth.
"Reason for applying?"
"My parents were killed by terrorists, my orphanage abandoned me, and my girlfriend left me for a rodent."
"Alright, lets go get you that license."
"Reason for applying?"
"Once, my $400 bike was stolen."
"Get out."
I also plan to have a similar licensing program for people who wear thongs, people who want to dance, and people who want to be stand-up comics.

I mean come on the forum guidlines clearly state that it is not allowed there... do these people even bother to read the rules before they post
And then even when informed their thread is against the rules and told where such threads should be posted.... they continue to post out of stubborn pride or spite
I mean come on how hard it is it just look at the rules and go "Oh sorry my bad" and then copy and past the first post in the proper forum

I'm really tempted to switch that PM tab in my profile to "friends only." For the past month I've been getting the worst garbage in PMs. Just today has been horrible. This is just a whiff of what I've gotten: Anime2U IM srry for how i talked to u.....ur not annoying or u dont have to shutup but...THIS IS NOT ABOUT UR SIG.....so can u tell me how to get a pic on ur sig? lol BUT STILL IM REALLY SRRY...U MIGHT NOT WANT ME TO BUT IM GONNA ADD U TO MY FRIENDS LIST! biggrin That came from a Zelda fanboy that started by making a topic about when Twilight Princess came out. The topic was dead yesterday, then the gold whore bumped it up. So I posted the good news, and what does he do? He makes an entirely new topic about it. Not so bad right? Well there was already one on the first page, right there. 3 or 4 topics below it. The guy tells me to shut up after I asking him why he made another one, then Isaka jumps in telling him not to say shut up. After that he becomes all chumy chumy with me and sends me that PM. I ignore him, and he sends me a friend invite. Of course, I decline it. Now after I declined the first one you would think he'd get the hint, right? Well you underestimate n00bs on Gaia. The moron sends me another one. Needless to say, I decline it, and go along my way. Not so bad right? I'm proud to say I've never begged for gold, but if I was going to I would at least have the intelligence to ask for something reasonable, instead of asking one guy to pay for my entire outfit. >>
