Here are the basic settings and roles for the comic, if you don't like your role then I'll change it.
Inner City, located somewhere in the USA. Inner City is considered the most dangerous city in america. Highest crime rate, fatality rate, gang rate, curruption rate. It is so dangerous, that the government has given the city its own government.
Puppet:
The gang leader of Skillz That Killz.
D.Limit:
The gang leader of Inter Nets.
Avviezilla:
President Teezy's bodyguard and advisor.
Amplyfied:
Mayor of Inner City. Currupt. Duh.
Angelo Jones:
Angelo Jones is one of the few honest citecenz of Inner City. He graduated from Yo Momma University, Inner City, with an official medical degree. He currently works as a doctor and currently lives in an apartment with his girlfriend.
SxyChocolate16:
Comes from New Jersey. Angelo Jones' girlfriend. She met Angelo Jones in Yo Momma unerversity where she studied for a degree in medical also. She graduated from Yo Momma with a medical degree. She works as a nurse at the same hospital Angelo Jones works in.
Superslacker:
The lazy yet wise mysterious man, people often come to him for advice, usually only to get their lives ruined because he's too lazy to give real advice. When he does give you good advice, good fortunes befall you like rain. No one knows where he comes from.
Jceaz:
The currupt cheif of police of Inner City Police Department.
Syllvur:
Jceaz' partner in law enforcement. One of the few non-currupt cops. Ceaz's best friend.
Mak:
The visiting rap artist from New York.
Teezy:
The current president of United States of America.
Loralei:
One of the few non-currupt cops in Inner City. She came to Inner City 3 years ago.
Supreme Allah:
Originally came from Inner City, he's the leader of the infamous terrorist group currently harrassing president Teezy, The Warwhores.

This intrigues me. This would also seem to be conducive to a mini-series style narrative. Like one of those stories that develop chapter by chapter in a weekly magazine.
Though I know real literature would be such a chore for everyone to read, a comic would probably be the preffered media of the masses. A shame, but a fact nonetheless.
Whens the first issue slated?

I''m actually thinking this could possibly put into it's own LG "bookstore" sort of thing. Like a subforum dedicated to stories about LG, written by people in LG. Theres already a rough outline of maps and gangs and important places in the RP subforum. You could draw on some of those things, since God knows noone else uses them.
BUt, I think a creative writing subforum like that could be a good idea. GIve the budding writers and artists a place to hone their craft.
