Would this be the scene where he's on the ship going to destroy the Scub Core and the 3 kids are infront of him. Near the end of the series?
If so he's not sitting, he's standing on one leg and the other leg is crossed over...Know what I mean? Looks alot like he's sitting on nothing but that's because he's not. sweatdrop
Then again...I didn't read the manga so you're prolly talking about somthing else...

I think he used the gravity defying product that jrockers use for their hair...being serious now it could be a stool like chair that is hidden by his leg.
